Trainwreck Alex Dacy / Alex Dzimtowicz / Wheelchair Rapunzel - 50% wholesome disability influencer, 50% that cash me outside girl

Being disabled and a new parent doesn't mean DCFS is definitely checking up on you - Someone complained. Doesn't have to be an internet loser, but let's examine the language:

She said that the complainant said, per the SW, she was "very very disabled" and mentioned Noah's addiction. The nature of "very very disabled" and the harping on Noah's dope habit tells us it isn't staff because you know there's no way in creation they are being up front about their needs as a family. It was some idiot hopefully from Reddit and not here.

Alex's friends are insensitive and immature dummies like her. Let's be real. We all know the call came from the internet.
I think the more obvious answer is she's lying for attention. I can't see a DCFS worker telling someone that they are there because the mom is "very very disabled". I have no doubt the visit happened, but it was likely routine and Alex is assuming that it was nefarious.

I think Alex isn't above lying, but I believe her.

She wouldn't make this up it doesn't fit her perfect little family narrative.
People love calling social services on each other. I absolutely believe it happened. Probably multiple calls. Maybe the staff at the NICU clocked the state of Noah and called it in. If he turned up looking as....turned up as he did on those lives to see his daughter.

I'm not sure he's playing Disney songs because he's "stepping up to being a Dad". I think he's reverting to childhood because he's freaking out.

(Also Jesus Christ who takes a newborn to the cinema?)
In Sweden there is a concept called "barnvagsbio", meaning that you can take the stroller to the cinema. It's more for the mom (parents), than for the baby ofc. I think it's great. It allows parents to get out of the house and sometimes you just can't/don't want to find a sitter. I probably wouldn't take my new born, but once the baby is a couple months (6 months). I probably would.

Many theaters in America have a special matinee on a certain day for little children and intellectually disabled people. If someone cries, it isn't a crisis. I think it's great.

For fucks sake. Does Noah own anything besides grey short shorts? He's in Chicago and it hasn't exactly been warm there. I'd love to see him walking amongst the bundled up Chicago natives with his little "tell me you're gay without telling me you're gay" outfits. It's either the shorts or some too tight jeans with holes like he got them from the juniors section. He's like a 15 year old girl. I guess he and Alex have that in common, they're both mentally teenagers.

If Noah decides to stick around, poor future teenage Ari is going to have both parents trying to steal her clothes and flirt with her boyfriends.

Someone told him grey Jersey jogging pants make your dick look big and he's waiting patiently for it to work.

Before I encountered them in the medical setting, I had no contact with babies, so I kinda get how terrified he is. When you first hold a baby (especially a lil prem) you're kinda terrified you'll break it, and that's how Noah looks. But he's also patting Ari like she's a puppy lol.
He kinda looks like he's being filmed for an episode of 16 & Pregnant, where everyone knows he's gonna bounce within 6 months.
Slight PL but even as someone who has had children previously, when my youngest was born prematurely I was horrified to hold him too. He was about same age as Ari, just a bit bigger. I can’t even imagine holding a little 4 pounder

Newborns in general are scary to hold. You can feel all of those little bones and how soft they are and they all just seem to float around inside their little bodies looking for an excuse to break.

I know babies are pretty sturdy, but it feels like you're holding an atom bomb.

If DCFS/CPS (whichever name is used in a place) is able to do their job, then Ari is a prime candidate. The role of child and family services is to try to keep families together, and support parents to safely raise their kids. Alex needs more support than the usual mother to care for her baby, and in socialised medicine lands she would be set up with carers and supports for baby.
(But of course the reality is usually that these services struggle to keep up with their caseloads except for the most dire cases.)
She doesn't "need" social services. She can afford - if she wants to - to pay for the right kind of people to provide the care her child needs. Just bc she's cheaping out on that in order to color-coordinate baby clothes with the nursery doesn't mean she doesn't have the means. And if you can afford it, there's no reason to use overburdened social services and make everyone else pay for it. That said, expanding an adult caretaker's job to include newborn care is wrongheaded, to put it mildly.
My guess is that the call originated from a Reddit user. They love clutching their pearls and moralizing over there. And they have a chronic inability to understand the difference between something being morally wrong and something being actionable by DCFS.
Reddit doesn't have exclusive rights to pearl-clutching and moralizing. Plenty of that available everywhere, including here. But agree, there's a huge contingent of people who don't understand what is required in order to warrant state intervention (whether childcare monitiring/intervention or, in other contexts, criminal legal consequences) and think that every appalling situation means someone should be/is going to jail or should/will lose their child or be shut down, etc.

That was the first thing I thought of too. It's definitely not unheard of for medical staff to notify child services about the possible issues going on in regards to a newborn (even when completely unecessary). No normal person would look at these two and think ''yeah this'll work out fine''.

Child services will tell you what the complaintant said and the contents of the complaint, just not who filed it. For them to have come so quickly it was most likely multiple calls. When the call is unfounded they get relly butt hurt when people waste their time.

Next time someone calls they're going to assume that call is bullshit too. It's really quite counter productive. Anyone should realize this. It's not like they could reasonably think that Noah is already fucking up what with all of Alex's family around and just returning from rehab.

Give it a couple days maybe... just stupid ass predditors tapping the glass. It was probably one of those predatory skanks trying to get Noah's attention on toktik. It reeks of petty jealousy.

Could also be a combination of all three. With Alex being as disabled as she is plus Noah looking and acting like he did in the earlier video, I can see how the nurses assigned to Ari's care would see these red flags and rather err on the side of caution. Redditors (or farmers) could have made a few calls themselves and CPS/DCFS responded to not only hospital staff that are doing their due diligence but also anonymous tips. Then you have Alex, who also might be embellishing the possible events that took place. She is so desperate to make Noah her fairy tale ending that if she has to make him a temporary victim of the mean internet people, she will. She's also obsessed with pointing out how she was pregnant even though she was also [extremely] disabled.

Idk, I just have a hard time believing Alex's sequence of events.

I'm a little late on this now, I was going to say it in response to a post a few pages back but then I didn't. Someone speculated that Alex could be a beard for Noah, but I think he's just bisexual and flighty. I get the feeling that he was probably into Alex at first, feeling all warm-fuzzy, so having a baby sounded like a fun 'why not? we're in love!' type thing. I don't know much about the start of their relationship but I wonder if Noah even expected baby to make it. Or if he thought that far ahead at all.

I think this might be right on. Another thing with BPD that doesn't always come up when it is mentioned is how intensely toxic BPD relationships can be when it comes to positive emotions. The sense of "love at first sight" and "this love is the strongest thing ever" is strong and can often result in love-bombing or not being able to see a relationship for what it is, especially in the beginning stages. It is entirely possible that from his standpoint, he fell for her hard and she got pregnant which is the most amazing thing ever!! But BPD is obviously also full of whiplash in regards to emotions and anything he may have been feeling at that point has likely changed.

What's the point of wearing a mask, if u can't wear it properly?
