A ceasefire in Ukraine would only serve to "ratify" Russia's territorial gains against its eastern European neighbor, the White House said Thursday.
The comments come after China unveiled a 12-point proposal to end the war, which calls for negotiations between Moscow and Kyiv and a nationwide ceasefire.
National Security Council spokesperson John Kirby said that while the "much ballyhooed" proposal from Beijing to halt hostilities "sounds perfectly reasonable," it would ultimately lead to legitimizing Russia's territorial gains, and "would constitute another continued violation of the UN Charter."
"A ceasefire right now would basically ratify Russia's conquest. It would, in effect, recognize Russia's gains, and all of its attempts to conquer a neighbor's territory by force," he told reporters during a virtual briefing.
"Russia would basically be free to use that ceasefire to further entrench its positions in Ukraine, to rebuild their forces, refit them, reman them, retain them so that they can then restart attacks at a time of their choosing. And frankly it's just not a step that we believe towards a just and durable peace," he added.

The twist here is that the West knows Ukraine can never pay it back. So when Ukraine inevitably says they can’t handle the payments, the West will be there with even more humiliating concessions in lieu of payment. There will be more globohomo, more corruption, and they’ll be forced to have a bunch of missiles, military bases, etc. right up against the Russian border. Every last bit of Ukrainian wealth will be looted and handed over to Jewish oligarchs. There is no scenario here where Ukraine will be better off after the war than before.

At least Russia has a cultural connection. Ukraine will be treated like the African Cobalt miners like the French do, where they're forced to pay back loans with their natural resources and are forced to use a French-backed currency that is basically corporate script with France enriching themselves. That's the fate of Ukraine. There's a reason why capitalists like this are called 'vulture capitalists', because they like to pick apart countries that are in debt piece by piece.

I agree 100%, conquest by Russia would be better than a miracle victory.
Maybe Poland annexing Galacia might be good too, they'll have the choice of living in the EU paradise.
