Nick even after this fiasco you still won’t have actually ever made 5000 of anything. Who’d you commission to bronze 5000 Balldo‘s btw?
Yeah, the growth on the GSG is pretty slow. Seems like it might cap out at around $15K.

There was one very thoughtful comment (can't recall which platform) last night that mentioned a better strategy - in addition to the GSG - would be to do an online auction. Like $500 private dinners with him in Philly/Nashville/Houston, autographed Warhammer book, the opportunity to go on stream with him, autographed pope hat, whatever - he's got a ton of random crap that his fandom is into. It was a good point. He could easily make another $10K that way.

Same commenter said they were disappointed in his GSG write-up and told him it should be more "principled" - Nick (kind of) acknowledged that point. But, alas, it's generally pretty low effort with Rackets. I'm sure nothing will change.

Edit: A word
This would take effort on Nicks part, which in turn would inflame his work heat allergy. You know it won’t happen. I’d also be shocked if there are enough dimwits in his locals harem to want to pay for dinners with he and bug eye to raise any amount of money to make it worth the time and travel expense.

I guess he could auction the opportunity for the winner to both pay all expenses for the dinner and donate more to his legal fund, this sounds like something the Locals crew would jump at the chance to do.

The write up for the give send go reads like it was written a half hour before he posted the campaign. This has been a long time coming and should better written and though out. I will again reiterate that he doesn't explain where the money is actually going. Compare that to the IOALTA account created for Vic's campaign.

I've watched the video. Monty insists the actress in the pigs mask wasn't under age. From watching it, I couldn't tell one way or the other -- but if she was, it's hard to imagine it would still be online. Look at how easily Eliza Blue was able to get stuff that she was PAID by a reputable company to do as a consenting adult taken down.

In the absence of any hard evidence that the girl in the video is under age, I'm guessing the claim is bullshit. Genuine paedos usually know better than to voluntarily and openly put incriminating evidence of their crimes online.
I wouldn't be surprised if the girl was in her 20's at the time - "teen" porn actresses can reportedly still get work well into their late 20's as long as they keep up the anorexia that got them the job at 19. Given the amount of attention that movie attracted, I bet the feds have already investigated it - the FBI loves child porn. Oops, I mean the FBI loves to go after child porn producers and happens to collect all of their material for research purposes.

A "fan auction" would be hilarious, and I really doubt it would raise any money except from someone who wants to grift something on his stream. 10/10 would watch with popcorn. I bet someone would pay $100 for an autographed copy of his paper pope hat, though. Maybe $500 for the cum-stained original.

I'd like to say thanks Cynthia for taking the time to watch this RekietaLaw crap (or at least get clips / whatever). I'm largely apathetic about Nicky the Nose, Kayla, and the Nose Guards/ Balldo Brigade these days, but you have some insight that I have not seen elsewhere. Much appreciated!

As for the GSG, what a striking difference there is between Rackets talking about this fundraiser, and the campaign he was running at first for Vic the Wop. Rackets was clearly motivated, heck hungry, to help this guy out. Now granted, it was a grift, and most of the super chat money went straight to him instead of Vic, but $200-300k is nothing to sneeze at. Rekieta's fandom is a lot smaller than Vic's for sure. But given how many eyes he had on him in the last year, this is a pretty poor showing.

Maybe he will have to sell the Mustang, or make a cosplay calendar 🤮. Hell, Ty Beard on previous streams mentioned you fundraise however you can in order to keep yourself out of prison or liability. And we know how "well" cosplay calendars have worked for other streamers in the past, and how much Nicky the Nose likes to dress up...

I like how this fucking retard thinks other people should pay for his lolsuit defense by hiring the Cadillac of First Amendment lawyers, instead of what this deserves. Or maybe he shouldn't have just repeatedly called some dude a kiddy diddler with zero evidence.
This nigger supposedly made about $1.3 million last year, I'm almost impressed by the sheer fucking nerve of this asshole, who despite what he says, knew he was getting sued before he went out and spent 100 grand on the Balldo Mobile, to go out and find the most expensive lawyer he can for a fucking completely ridiculous lolsuit, and, despite having bragged about the money he's made for months, having the fucking brass balls to set up crowdfunding to trying E Beg for the funds to pay for this shit.
If you can get past how irritating the level of Kikery on display here is, it is almost impressive.

On that note @Twitter Is Cancer Nick is a giant faggot for his gay fucking GoFundMe but you acting like a fucking assmad Twitter Tranny and reporting it is almost worse because you should fucking know better. Bro no offense but you're tainting us all with the shame of your homosexuality when you do this shit, can you try and at least act like a White man, you're fucking embarrassing us, seriously the fuck were you thinking?
I'm gonna give you the benefit of the doubt and assume its some nigger using your handle to make us look bad, another one of Nicks "works" because Jesus Christ, if this crying to teacher faggotry was you... bruh.

In his latest LOCALS stream, Nose spent minutes shorter time on the haters, but he did ask 'what do people want?' The recent shows outside the Wednesday and Friday themes have been normal? He just doesn't get it...

Yes, it is called credibility ans goodwill. And you lost it. You are either willfully dumb or monumentally idiotic to have never dealt with he consequences of name-calling your audience and telling them to (literally) fuck off while you do what you want.

Edit:

His big theory is that most are romanticising the past and making it better than it actually was. He doesn't suck now, we just have bad memory.

On the subject of "What Do You Want?"

Nick has a habit of asking people what they want him to do when confronted. He did this with Cynthia:
What do you want me to do Cynthia.png

Nick also did this with an unnamed ex-fan. The fan said he wanted to speak to Nick on his show to voice his concerns, and Nick still had to ask what he wanted, while also saying no because Nick doesn't know what he's going to talk about (even though Nick spent the last 20 minutes discussing it). Nick then asked said fan what they wanted him to say and he would say it. Nick perhaps realized how disingenuous he was being for a moment and that openly revealing his penchant for lip-service would only emphasize his lack of integrity. He then proceeds to gleefully repeat how much he doesn't know about what to say or what he needs to change. Short clip below:

Asking what someone wants in good faith can lead to understanding between parties. However, when Nick repeatedly asks what someone wants or what the issue is when it has been clearly stated, it demonstrates either an undiagnosed hearing problem or a very passive-aggressive lack of respect.

The tactic of repeatedly restarting the conversation back to the initial allegations (what do you want?/what is the issue?) so that the conversation can't progress to the point where Nick has to defend himself is childish, yet unfortunately effective on some people. This also seems to be Nick's way of shifting the focus off of himself and implying that the concerned party is being unreasonable.

TLDR: Nick has not historically demonstrated a sincere interest (or ability to understand) what other people want unless it already aligns with his mindset. He has the capacity to agree with others and placate them, but no so much to really learn from them.

Great post, and my key takeaways from this quoted above. Nicky the Nose Rekieta is a passive-aggressive man-child, who was spoiled by 2nd generation moneyed parents, and he never had to face real adversity until the last year or so. His previous tribulations amounted to "my teacher stole my Transformer", "I pretended to be gay to get with Kayla", "I didn't like my decent-paying job in finance", and "I had to drive some hours a day to become a lawyer", and similar drivel.

In his latest LOCALS stream, Nose spent minutes shorter time on the haters, but he did ask 'what do people want?' The recent shows outside the Wednesday and Friday themes have been normal? He just doesn't get it...
Lmao dude how are you missing this? We want shits and giggles and milk and you're giving them in mass quantities.

So pretty much "I was ALWAYS a lolcow you just hadn't realized it yet!"

The half closed eye and the alcoholic bulb on the end of the nose aren't getting any better.
He looks literally retarded. Imagine starting out as the lawsplaining guy and now, he's just the Balldo cuck.

What's pathetic is he thinks this ludicrously transparent manipulation is fooling anyone. Who the fuck do you even think you're talking to you fucking retard?

There's something absolutely enraging about the PUSSIFIED nature of passive-aggressive bullshit. Pure cowardice.

Looks like Nick is slowly realizing that he totally burned through all the credibility he had built up over 5 years on YouTube. It's gone and it's not coming back, unfortunately. At least not easily.

Once people find out who you really are, it's hard to rebuild the image you had before. And even if he does manage to build back up the goodwill he had, that can only take place over time, he's starting from the ground up again, so it will take years to do so.

If I had to pick out the moment where Nick lit his credibility on fire, it would be the infamous December stream in the Jamaican tank top where he said he had an MDMA hangover from the Gay 90s trip. Among other things, this clip posted by @Shush at the time shows Nick appearing to state that his main goal in life was having sex, saying "what other thing is there for me to, like, do and achieve in life? I don't know. I don't really fucking care."

This is a father of five speaking, BTW.

How can you watch this and treat him seriously after that? This can't be put back in the bottle. You can't go from "Even the LESBIANS were hitting on me!" or whatever he was saying after going to the gay bar and go back to "Let's dig into this lawsuit."

I think that when Ralph watched this stream from Nick was the last time Ralph has looked genuinely happy at anything in life, because he knew what a win it was for him.

Isn't that the account that would tweet Rekieta's links after he got banned on Twitter? If so that's a hilarious person to have turn on him and his thin skinned friends
Yes, that's Kalea, who publicized Nick's streaming while he was banned and also (pretty sure) was a YT mod for Nick and other channels as well. As was mentioned, she was brought on the stream when Nick got unbanned from Twitter.

It looks like she's entered a similar quasi-detractor status that Elissa has. She was in the Locals chat a while ago and Sally attacked her, though I don't think she knew who she was.

Wow, that statement is amazingly passive aggressive. Probably the most passive aggressive thing to come from him yet. It's like Nick's levels of not caring reached the point where the integer overflowed and wrapped around to where he cares a lot, actually.

Nobody forced Nick to promise a gift, just like nobody forced him to promise a 24 hour stream which I'm pretty sure he's stopped even pretending that he'll follow through on. A t-shirt might be a "complete throwaway piece of trash", but it's better than nothing, which is what the Locals subscribers have right now. My guess is most of the 5,000 subscribers would have been perfectly happy with a t-shirt. And Nick is not even announcing what it is beyond "unique art", so it seems like if it's not at the drawing board stage, it might not be particularly far away from it.

Nick is very evidently feeling the heat. He appeared reluctant to crowdfund for the lawsuit because he recognized it would look bad, but I don't think he anticipated it backfiring to the point where his friends would have to disable replies for their tweets advertising the crowdfund page.

He knows he can't blatantly gaslight his audience. They won't stand for any of it. So instead he uses this tactic where he repeats the criticism from anyone he has an issue with and makes them sound as petulant, whiny and irrelevant as possible in an effort to undermine. He does not *need* anyone's criticism is usually the grand takeaway. He has enough to do and he's very busy being too busy. He also doesn't seem to appreciate feeling rushed by people, but we don't remember a single person asking him for the 5K gift. He seems to take great pains to remind others that people demand so much of him, which is often a weird admission to make without ever being prompted to do so...

If I had to pick out the moment where Nick lit his credibility on fire
I pick the moment when he decided to call everyone criticizing him prudes and incels. For a creator that spent years defending others against those types of shit flinging to respond in that way to everyone who thought his coomer arc was embarrassing and not worth watching basically burned all credible bridges with anyone outside the parasocial cult (and a lot in it).

I don't think he understands how YouTube is working now. I've chatted with a few creators larger than Nick about what's coming down the pipe and they've told me that 2020 - first half of 2022 was literally gold. Everyone was staying in their house and watching YouTube with some excess cash since theycouldn't spend it anywhere. You couldn't do anything wrong on YouTube and views/donations would come pouring in. This creator tripled his view count in that time, and then it just started drying up to about 70% of what he was getting in early 2022. And he didn't blow up at his fanbase.

I'm going to pick the moment where it was confirmed that he went to a swingers club with our wife and posted lewds of our wife in locals and then proceeded to continue to deny it ( I can't remember which happened first). The evidence is pretty clear as is the evidence he went to a gay bar for his birthday and he continues to try to deny both things. Those two incidents really confirmed him as the hypocrite he is and probably contributed to many fans losing any respect they had for him.

Drunk Santa is confused and concerned with your behavior

So he's not going to sell any of his toys?

There's a clip somewhere of him talking about how much money he has spent buying limited edition warhammer books from scalpers on ebay. Best of luck begging for cash on a livestream where they are collecting dust in the background.
