Stumbled upon these guys, they should use the gunt's case as advertising on why you should not pro se in family court on copious amounts of xanax and alcohol. I would fucking love those late night commercials!

i think both, also thats not far ahead thinking, you can have the immediate impulse of wanting it to seem more noble than actually is and hes shown to do stuff like that like him going pro se in the first place and saying "but im totally not broke for all you kiwifarmers readin!" basically. its not long term planning at all it just requires these things to always be on his piggy lil mind for him to impulsively lie in that way.

i'm not disagreeing with the sentiment, i just want to clarify that, as i posted here, the ragepig has been permitted to visit xander twice a month since september, rather than every week for two hours.

i absolutely agree with you on this. he lies, and he's so preoccupied with trying to craft the perfect lie that he doesn't notice all of the inadvertent lies. because i know that he's reading this, and because i also know how apprehensive he is about his court appearances, i will demonstrate how easily he perjures himself.

he lied about something as verifiably false as seeing his son "every single day" in a legal document. then he had the audacity to sign that document and submit it to the court, while simultaneously accusing his son's mother and grandfather of lying and demanding that the court hold them in contempt.

this is only one example of many from the screenshots alone. imagine what else his drug-addicted and alcohol-infused brain has devised! thankfully, everything necessary to refute his lies is always archived here.

i predict that the ragepig will flip his shit when he is cautioned by the judge about trying to assert his claims in court tomorrow. whether that happens during the trial with faith, or during the hearing with mr. vickers and his attorney, i anticipate a hollerin', possible contempt charges resulting in arrest, and an angry little piggy spending the weekend without alcohol, drugs, or the internet. whatever happens though, just remember:

My prediction based on no legal training and not giving a shit what they are even arguing about. , Ralph loses to Faith. Vickers and Ralph manage to both lose as they equally piss off the judge for being retarded and wasting the courts time. Both immediately spend the next three days on social media claiming they won. Legions are tards on both sides argue on Twitter, which one of them is correct.

I believe the first thing will be the Faith v. Ralph trial over various violations of Ralph against the DVRO including the matter of FaiFai's diary Ralph swore he didn't have that magically showed up in the hands of The Daiymo. Dunno if Ralph is gonna try for a continuance as he's lost his lawyer since the last hearing or if he's gonna plead "no contest" or whatever else.

@MWV vs. Ralph is a hearing to set the trial date and figure out roughly how much time they'll need. Again, I dunno if Ralph will try and enter a "No Contest" plea to avoid a trial though I'm certain Ralph will bring up just about everything in his recent terribly written declaration of what a soft pussy he is and probably more.

In the last hearing over the DVRO violations Ralph was repeatedly yelled at by the judge and his own lawyer to shut the fuck up. Lord knows what will happen if Atticus Gunt again does this but this time is there in person (maybe, as it's been expressed here that Ralph could Zoom in from wherever he's staying in Sac) and doesn't have a lawyer trying her best to shut the moron up.

How long will it take before we can get some real info on how the hearings went? Both sides will obviously declare victory on twitter as soon as the thing is over, but to get the actual documents, we'll have to wait for the Elder Gunt to file a FOIA so he can attention-whore with the court docs on his stream, right?

We'll have to wait only if it goes badly for Vickers or Faith and they decide not to stream about it.
