Apologies if this belongs in the other thread. Great comment on An1337's stream earlier. I've seen a bunch of people describe listening to Phil as draining, and I can't think of a better way to put it. What we saw today, he is like this ALL THE FUCKING TIME, even when he is off stream. This is what Howie, Rambo, the Panda, cuck mods/paypigs, Khet, and any other person who gets sucked into the vortex has to deal with. Obviously not a giant revelation, but it still blows my mind just how toxic this dude can be. Constant whining, talking in circles, negativity, toxicity, jealousy. Just a giant black hole that drains all pahsitivity. And he wants to be a friend-style acquaintance to Craig now, and be a regular on his show? I bet they were exhausted after the stream ended, and so relieved to be rid of Phil. Fred Fuchs used to say all the time back in the SOK days that you cannot do business with the pig and come out clean on the other end. Probably would be best if they milk him for one more big stream and tell him to fuck off, because the pig is a master at dragging people down to his level.

Whats funny is how Craig is Rambo, down to the hat and facial structure.

The scariest thing of this all, was that his unironic fans were showering him with money yesterday, saying he did a good job for having the balls to do the podcast. Remember that most of these people are sad, lonely individuals who were probably bullied in school and see DSP as one of their own, but "dares" to stand up against the "bullies", because DSP has been brainwashing them for years with that image.

It really is a scary thought that people can be manipulated like this.

DSP to the surprise of no one immediately turning around on his "i've changed let's drop the drama" narrative to go right into trying to instigate drama. He still doesn't see himself as the problem. I'd say never change Phil, but you seem incapable of it so the sentiment is lost. The fun part is this solidifies that it's not detractors setting up the next bit of juicy drama to keep DSP's life from being normal, it's DSP.

Worse on the idea that he wouldn't receive the $50k for some reason and would be somehow out something, like he's afraid he'd be stupid enough to do work for Keemstar without a contract. The worst case scenario prior to getting a contract and signing on, is that it would all amount to nothing with nothing ventured. Yet he protested so hard that he was concerned he'd be screwed if he had a conversation with Keem somehow like just committing to talking to the dude signed away his autonomy.

He's super paranoid. I actually buy his explanation that he wanted everything in writing. He's terrified of being tricked by a troll, getting him into a call, exposing him in some way.

If i was Craig and crew, i would make a detractor interview and get both sides of the coin. Of course that will burn the dsp bridge(not that it already isn't after today but...) but they will have both perspectives. This can lead to a future where maybe a detractor and dsp go 1v1 using the side scrollers pod as a medium( I'm aware this will never happen but goddamm i believe!)

Although i suspect that going forward all dsp appearances for interviews if any will now be more "sanitized" which in turn will lead to a quarterpounder tier interview.

That said gotta give it to craig and adam for letting dsp get comfortable and then hit him with the hard hitting questions. You can see dsp getting more anxious as the interview goes on. He gave non answers and straight up deflected, but craig and adam kept at it, pushing dsp to the edge which made him give the most dumb answers you can think. This gentleman and ladies is what happens when you live in a bubble without having your thoughts challenged and you're a liar.

If the SideScroller guys do the other half of the vortex by bringing on a detractor, it really has to be someone prominent and not someone like doody. Someone with a level head and has lots of lore backed up by evidence.

I don't know much details about Keem is but he has a reputation as a businessman and other people have took him up on his offer so it seems that you could be relatively assured that he would pay up and if he didn't it would be a massive PR win for phil.

Yeah, that Fred quote is one I always go back to because it's just such a repeatedly proven fact. These people are now just a few more randos in a cast of thousands of nebulous 'haters' that he'll point to into perpetuity as being the cause of whatever lowly state he currently finds himself. And if one of them should happen to fall on hard times, be it tomorrow or in 10 years, you can be sure Phil's gonna be there to take a victory lap.

I'm not saying they should care about that in any way btw, because one thing that also seems to be a truism is that when Phil does eventually get around to blaming and shitting on anybody who has been a part of his life, for good or bad, they've long moved on. Look how long it's taken him to get around to becoming increasingly toxic about Leanna. Notice how she's becoming more and more of a villain? It's just one more pitiful thing about him that people remain rent free in his head and become bigger and bigger scapegoats years after they've forgotten him.

Once he said he would do the interview and that would be it - that he'd never talk about this stuff again - that pretty much guaranteed he'd cry about it for at least a month straight.

After the interview when PP went live on his own channel, his chat was nothing but dents mollycoddling him. I like to think that those who still had a braincell or two knocking about decided to cut all ties with him there and then and won't bother to go into his chat to argue.
