I wouldn't think he lives anywhere that requires gun registration. I thought he lived in Alabama and I don't think they have anything like that.
I'm kind of doubtful about the story. Getting caught by the TSA with a gun usually doesn't involve being just told to take it outside and put it in your car. Its usually a fairly serious thing.

As far as the trigger stuff goes, unless one of them talks about actually having done it or describes "how to" in too much detail on Youtube.....it doesn't matter and its gay.
I wasn't trying to suggest he was doing something illegal, just that I believed that was the story Hydropx was after him about. I don't think there's any states that require you to register a handgun but I could be wrong about that though.

When did that happen?
Back in early November he tweeted this https://twitter.com/AussieOverLawd/status/1589122681152376832

I have seen 2 toy guns in airports, both in very Republican areas. Each time, the entire section of that checkpoint was cleared out (and directed to another x-ray machine), a whole team of TSA agents showed up, and the gun was carefully removed, checked, and confiscated. The family carrying the fake gun was told to stand around embarrassed while their bags were searched like this. It's a big event when a gun gets to the TSA. There is a 0% chance that a TSA agent would just tell him to put it back in his car. They don't do that with knives. They don't do that with water bottles.

In true burger style, like with Nick's OPLR investigation, the process is the punishment.

Perhaps he had an unregistered NFA item (SBR, "machine gun", AOW)* and Fed law applies? I think more likely is that it would be a straw purchase since it would be "registered" unless it was a Face to face private sale.

* If it's because he has a contraption that is like the "shoe string machinegun" per the ATF, I think I can forgive him.

The story is that he brought an unregistered something to the airport. He says the TSA told him to go put it in his car. And that he was thankful that the TSA didn't look it up and discover it was not registered to him. It just makes no sense.

Question to all the haters?

If nick sold the mustange repented and asked for help would that be enough for you?

Or do you feel nick needs to make an only fans were he puts thing in his butt?
He’s now just getting drunk and begging for money from easily foreseeable mistakes.

He’s Ethan Ralph now. Nothing will change that. Just a Hollerin’ Attorney making a fool of himself

Btw, I’m not a hater at all. I really liked Nick up until this dumb lawsuit. He didn’t need Mark fucking Randazza for this. He hired Randazza because his clients usually get some good press. It was a grift from the start. He could’ve hired any attorney to toss this out for $1k, maybe less. Hell, anyone that wanted to advertise their firm would’ve just traded him time on his stream for throwing the case out.

If Lady Rackets didn’t have tattoos I would’ve already banged her already just to get back at Nick for being retarded.

Alright... Time for the reveal of the BIG project I have been working on. I am now announcing the completion and the future schedule of release for #TheRekeitaFiles

With Panoptes logging the LIVE chats in a consistent manner, I have turned my attention to the old, historic chats. I am now pleased to announce that I have pulled copies of EVERY chat to-date. I now own every typed word and image from the LOCALS chat going back to the very first one and reaching forward into the future in a local, redundant archive.

What is more, I have figured a way to pull them into a DOCX/PDF format that preserves most of the style and appearance of the chat--sans profile pictures and emoji for some reason... This will make it a lot more readable and easy to scroll and improve general accessibility. It is also keyword searchable.

The archive files, as individuals, need a bit of polishing and review before publishing, but I will begin releasing them shortly. To keep up with the pace of Panoptes and the historic chat release of #TheRekietaFiles, I will tentatively plan to be releasing 1-2 archives a week--curated with my usual commentary and highlights. I have the first 5-6 planned around key drama moments, but I am open to suggestions. If anyone wants to pre-screen the releases and provide their own colour commentary, I would consider a private pre-release on the condition they post their findings here to the forum in exchange.

I hope the waiting was worth it for this reveal and that much enjoyment can be gleaned from these efforts. I apologise for the reticence to provide details, but I wanted desperately to avoid a DFE situation, so I appreciate your understanding and patience as I have worked on this the past few weeks.

I have even more plans for the future and projects I have running in parallel, so stay tuned for the next development and extension of my logging efforts.

They just make shit up with the weirdest culty psychology I've ever witnessed. (And I've been in multiple online communities. I've never seen anything like this.)

Also, thanks for the memories, @Himedall All-seeing Waifu.... I guess? *facepalm*

Apologies, Farmers, in advance to the high school bullshit that's about to follow. I know a solid fraction of you find it boring. Many others find it entertaining...

So...

Dear Schree,

Actually, I do know where you live/who you are. You've shared approx where in Maryland you reside, and your phone number with me. You sought me out. So did Xino - she begged me to get on Discord last summer. It took me weeks bc I didn't want to engage.

You also shared with me the biz your husband works in which is likely why you knew which of Nick's subs - Xino's sock accounts (possibly ) when you were utterly obsessed with her - were located in Sacramento based on moble GPS/IPs data. Additionally, you shared what your daughter does for a living at your local hospital and the fact that you drive 90 min to get illegal opioids for your back pain. Shall I go on?

Is that a dox? Nah. It's stuff YOU'VE said and (largely) shared publicly. And, yet, I've not published your "private" information because you're fairly harmless.

But, also, speaking of doxing, you did that to Xino pretty widely...

You gave me (and others) ALL her information (including the various ways she's spelled her name across social media - checks out, congrats!), and her ex-husband's. Would you like me to post those receipts showing it came from you? Happy to do so.

So, let's be clear, I obviously know all of Xino's information, and yours, FROM YOU, yet I've never published it despite all the bullshit you say. Xino (annoyingly) makes up shit about me to this day. I've considered proving her wrong by showing Cory's DMs (I always shut him down), but it seems pretty silly atp.

Xino's recently said (during benders on Locals) that her daughter has gone to live with her dad. I'm sure she's having a hard time. No need for salt in the wounds but - oof - that irony is rich considering the shit she's said and the POS behavior you've exhibited.

Also, your home on Zillow with the Xmas lights looks lovely. Keep going. I'm paying attention.

So, Schree, check your fucking hypocrisy. You're bathing in it.

Hugs,
C

He is at the point he will almost admit going to gay bars but going to a swingers resort is too far. It really shows that being monogamous is the last pillar he has left. Once that goes everything he used to stand for is gone.
Nick's NEVER gone to a gay bar, he went to an underwear bar, dammit! Everyone's gone to their local underwear bar once or twice before! There's lots of underwear bars out there which aren't gay bars, right?

A really interesting clip. Nick tries to justify his legal strategy as a sort of cope for his fundraiser failing. Nick isn't mad about the criticism at all.

Monty apparently isn't some nobody weirdo. Monty is threatening the entire future of the internet. Unless Nick does what he is doing, all streamers on youtube are going to be destroyed. Nick is law jesus sacrificing his money up on the cross to save us all from Monty and we need to financially support him. Nick has also supported crowdfunding projects in the past and I guess paying Nick's legal bills is no different than crowdfunding a comic book. At least in Nick's mind.

Nick considers the attempt to apply Colorado anti-SLAPP laws in Minnesota to be legal brilliance. Its something that he would have never thought of and apparently there isn't a need for the court to do anything, because the argument is just so legally perfect that it can't be defeated. Nick really seems naive about how much of a reach bringing the anti-slapp of another state into a Minnesota state court is. That its a very expensive, very complicated strategy in a rather straightforward case.

Nick also seems to be willing to pay any price in this lawsuit based on the idea that in the end he is going to get a massive judgement against Monty for everything that he paid his attorneys. I think at one point he expressed an opinion that the case would end in April. He seems horrifically naive about civil litigation. and how long these things take.

The harvest will be bountiful if the legal strategy that Nick has clearly invested so much into fails and the bills on this continue to mount.
