"Not eating a retarded diet that will lead to cancer and heart disease is woke"

Other than Inuit (and even that is very debatable), I don't think any human civilization has relied purely on a carnivore-like diet.

8 eggs and 2 steaks. A big meal for sure, but some of these guys do one meal a day or fast for a day before. Wonder if he's doing that?

What. The. Balls.
Please, brake down what lolcow worthy is in this picture. It's just plates with regular food. Are you insinuating it's disgusting? What kind of person would think like this? It could be deranged vegan, or an idiot fishing for internet points at a gossip forum, or both.
The amount of effort you put filling the thread with content that is... in no way controversal or funny makes me want to ask you, do you do this for free?
Let me remind you one more time

"I don't eat chicken".

The comments are right, this woman never swallows the butter bites in her videos. It always cuts to another shot.

She does eat-eat on camera, though.

Now, this might not mean she's completely faking, she could just be doing multiple takes for the best-looking clickbait, but it's weird.

kcal count
1 ribeye = ~250
2 strip steaks = ~500
8 eggs = 75x8 = 600
1/2 cup chedder = ~230

Dinner = ~1600

If lunch was 9 burger patties (300 x 9 = 2700) then even if breakfast was just two lamb tenderloins (50/each) then this guy ate a minimum of 4350 calories that day. It's not unreasonable for a hardcore athlete, but looking at the dude's history, he's probably overeating.

Gotta get those 4000 calories per day in for the dirty bulk.
Very accurate estimation.

Large Fries 444*2=888kcal
9 piece McNuggets 391kcal
Big Mac 493kcal
Quarter Pounder 507*2=1014kcal

(888+391+493+1014)/2 = 1393kcal

The Nickocado picture has less calories per person.

Now consider that the Redditor is advocating this as a weight loss diet

They got roped into it about 15 years ago, way before the days on online influencers so they actually paid some kind of quack consultant to coach them through it. I think they were referred by a homeopath. They ate nothing but steak and chicken breasts for about two years, and did lose some weight (still fat though) but it didn’t cure the skin problem that was the main reason they started. It was the coffee enemas mentioned earlier in the thread that really fucked them up though. They quit the diet some time ago but haven’t quit the ememas, because they can’t. To this day they can’t take a shit naturally. They went on a camping trip a year or two ago where it wasn’t feasible to bring their nozzle and gallons of coffee, so they were unable to shit for 9 days. When they got back and tried to unclog themselves, the sounds coming out of the toilet were like someone playing a very high pitched kazoo.

So they couldn't just try to change their gut bacterial or something? Sounds horrid.

No, regular colonic irrigation causes physical damage to the lining of the colon, which can induce scarring that prevents it functioning properly. Most commonly it damages the colon's ability to lubricate itself. Squirting coffee up there is guaranteed to fuck it up and has actually caused a few deaths.

Idk man, when I was sourcing for the original post, I did go through the guys post history hoping to find a selfie or otherwise some shot that at least vaguely shows the physique. All I got was a blurry moob in a corner of a mirror in a hair-loss subreddit, so I ultimately didnt post it. That being said, more than likely fat, lol. Add to that the delusional idea that it's a weight loss diet (as pointed out by Blatant Hypocrite).

EDIT: 50/each for lamb tenderloins seems strangely low innit? This means his total is probably closer to 5k

So, your carnivore waifu is supposedly a lolcow within the carnivore community, the business partner of The Liver King and almost as red, the seller of overpriced organ supplements, containing a quarter-gram of dried bollocks in each pill, containing peptides you wouldn't absorb anyway, flip-flopper on diet, former vegan, cherry-picker of studies, wrecked thoroughly by Layne Norton, who is actually qualified in the field and much more muscular, in an article with 270 citations, and a self-torpedo-ing fool, self-admitting to not have learned much about nutrition as part of his only notable qualification!

If this is what you consider a strong example, I consider your mention of him to be evidence that the carnivore diet is indeed non-credible!

And, because of course you've used that strawman on me, this is the first image result for Vegan Gains:

PS: this wrinkled raisin of a man is also a carnivore doctor:

Enemas in general, and coffee enemas in particular, just sound like fucking hell. Why anyone willing inserts shit up their ass (outside doctor recommendation) is beyond me.

It's just some weird sex thing by the people who push this, isn't it?

My friends, I have a confession to make: I make $10,000 on the post from this (paid for by your globohomo overlords) and for that I spend 10 hours daily scrolling through various carnivore subreddits, facebook groups, instagram hashtags, and the like. Many days I am unable to find even one post which is in any way controversial; that is why I don't post every day. And for the record: I'm not a vegan; I eat a pound of bugs every day.

Just fucking kidding, I look at the front page of r/carnivore and r/carnivore diet, see 6 prospective posts, throw out 5 of them because half of them fall under "Haha, cholesterol high, lmao!" and then post the last one.

In today's post: Health!
In which OP complains of being cold and blames metabolism

Let's see what the comments have to say:

1679344923810.png

1679344940127.png

1679344967527.png

"Eat more fat broooooo"
That last comment is horrific: 3lbs of 80/20 ground beef is 3500 cals; it goes up to 4500 cals if you use 70/30 instead. I assume OP isn't an elite athlete, so that's an absolutely insane amount. thebladeinthebush's remarks arent exactly making it any better.
In a twisted sense I can agree with them: if he gains fat, he'll gain some insulation.

In which OP complains about his dick not working and offers a wild guess as to why:
1679345532755.png

Predictably:
1679345589123.png

"You believe that high cholesterol might cause problems? HOW DARE YOU!? You must be trolling!"
Unfortunately, he probably was not, and our man has the post history to back it up:

1679345735726.png
Plenty of cope on how it wasnt the diet; or that the diet is helping reverse it:

1679345870429.png

1679345896146.png

The rest of the comments seem to be blaming hormones, a tight pelvic floor, cortisol and so on

This post wouldn't hurt so much to think about if this dude had some fuckin rice, taters or carbs on the side, along with a veggie or two god damn.

I always did get the impression that they only exist as a fetish means or "cleaning out" for gays to do butt stuff.

It's just some weird sex thing by the people who push this, isn't it?
It's part of sex prep for homos who have homo sex with men.
Now, there is an oddball chance that a man can be straight and have a wife or girlfriend and enjoy this kinda stuff. But statistically whenever you see a man enjoying this he is likely to be a flaming homo.
Squirting coffee up there is guaranteed to fuck it up and has actually caused a few deaths.
Also isn't that basically boofing caffeine? And then these people wonder why they have heart issues lol.

Who the fuck is this?
Ah here we go, a dude on ROIDS who shills his own products.
Here is one of them: https://www.joincarbon.com/
When a doctor shills for anything that contains "plant based" he's not an authority on nutrition. Competing businesses and conflict of interests and yada yada.

1679383739894.png

All 4 of these are globohomo diets, (Balanced diet just means a moderate consumptions of garbage)

1679384624719.png

self-torpedo-ing fool, self-admitting to not have learned much about nutrition as part of his only notable qualification!
You have just twisted his message. He let people know how little Doctors learn actual nutrition, they are not smarter in this sense than a regular layman who read a diet book. Doctors mostly taught to blindly follow recommendations.

This one really hits home because I was following doctors' dietary advice without knowing they don't actually understand what they tell me, for 2 years it was exacerbating my medical conditions, all it took was quitting what was considered "healthy".
Following skepticism alone got me avoiding plant food(especially grains) and adding plenty of animal fat(For unknown reason having a plate of pork rinds on a regular basis but never eating greens or vegies I don't have any medical complaints), and No I was not influenced by IG bloggers or Youtubers.

Other than Inuit (and even that is very debatable), I don't think any human civilization has relied purely on a carnivore-like diet.
Well, there's a few African cultures that were basically 100% carnivore (and about as healthy as anyone can be in that environment, at least until they were introduced to cigarettes and alcohol, like the Inuit), but there are actually several island cultures that by necessity have historically eaten mostly fish, pork, and dairy, with the occasional fruit or non-grain starch.

For example, pre-WWII Okinawans mostly ate fish and pork, with their chief starch coming from sweet potatoes (rice is far less of a staple than in Japan), and were known for their longevity and general good health. The post-war diet shifted almost entirely to starches and sugars (i.e. Plants) for a generation as the Japanese had wiped out their pig population and little fishing industry survived the war. This post-war diet is the diet that Vegans always point to when talking about Okinawa, but it isn't their historic diet and actually caused a drop in their longevity despite the introduction of modern medicines.

Much the same can be said of Sardinia (which was more dairy focused) and other so-called "Blue Zones". Rather than a "carnivore" diet per se, it seems like Seafood specifically is the main common theme with all long-lived cultures. Which is hardly surprising since fish are just about the only truly convenient source of B12, Omega 3, and vitamin A, which is usually deficient in cultures that don't eat fish regularly.

And water is dry, so long as you ignore all those so-called experts pushing the globohomo narrative that water is wet.

Duly noted, opinion rejected until your carnivorous conman waifus stop making money off of you following a carnivore diet.

Speaking of which, arent you you're putting in an awful lot of effort into our little internet slapfight? What kind of person would think like this? It could be deranged carnivore, or an idiot fishing for internet points at a gossip forum, or both.
The amount of effort you put filling the thread with content that is... in no way insightful or funny makes me want to ask you, do you do this for free?

I read TWO diet books. I'm smarter than him.

I followed doctors' dietary advice and it worked. Guess we're equal here.

"I replaced all the veggies in my diet with pork rinds"
Is this really something you want to brag about? Jesus fucking christ. Stop shitting up the thread with your retarded nutrition takes, if all you're gonna say is "Doctors recommend it therefore it's wrong." Seeing as your last post was insisting that a 1600 calorie meal was normal, you should probably head to the Deathfats forum and argue there.

Posting fresh lunacy (archive)

Redditor complains about having diarrhea for several years on the diet. The solution? You'll never guess.

Just wait until you stop shitting! He points out that he has in fact been going for over a year. Despite the OP saying that more lean meat and smaller meals helped him, the comments insist that he should just get more fat and bigger meals.
