His friends have been attempting to cover it up and are threatening anyone who has brought or will bring light to it. The situation is far more serious than you would think, as there are high-profile people involved in this that range from connections deep within the community to having previously worked for Roblox before.

I wonder if Roblox will end up actually enforcing background checks and more rules to UGC. Optimistic, I know, but they supposedly just lost 120 million dollars in the collapse of the Silicon Valley Bank. That is going to hurt. And I don't think it's going to end up being all they'll lose. They cannot keep affording to keep so many liabilities in their staff and adjacent.

I don't disagree, but i still think Ruben putting himself in the shoes as some Anti-Furry and later Anti-Coomer crusader made me roll my eyes at him. I find Rubens actions post Roblox lawsuit pretty retarded and bordering on of A-logging or a entire company.

The Moderation for Dummies account came about for same reason why he had his tweets on a 24 hour timer on his main, Roblox looks at his tweets probably to check to see if he is breaking their settlement terms, he decided to use this fact to "help roblox moderate their site." which meant linking and showcasing groups that went against Roblox TOS in regards to sexual content. Now I find the fact that even after Roblox sued his ass for alot of money, and then forced him to pay fees even after the settlement where the legally banned him from using their site, that he continues to talk about and try and help the company pretty retarded, they clearly don't want him on the site and he can't even be on the site legally. His continued war against the impure elements of Roblox comes off less as a attempt to protect kids and more of a lashing out that HE got hit with lawsuit when others breaking the TOS don't get hit nearly as hard. (IIRC he also cheered on a Condo Game creator getting a DMCA or some form of legal action)

I think its clear that without Roblox he is pretty lost content wise, nothing is quite like roblox, either he does videos on other games or he keeps talking about Roblox without going against his court terms, i think that maybe deep down he wants to be unbanned from Roblox, but as of now his actions are closer to Scorched earth.
Ruben is in the right about the Furries, but they way he goes about it makes him just as autistic, and the fact he's a 25 year old man who can't get over Roblox doesn't help his case.

More on the UGC situation. Johndrinkin, one of the people looped into it, downplays the claims and apologizes for parts of it that he had obvious involvement in. Due to him being one of the major UGC guys and obvious furry publishing lots of furry hats and shit that brings more kids into furrydom I don't have very much trust in him but we'll see if anything else comes out. Definitely wouldn't mind trying to look into these people myself.

Oh golly. Yeah, I definitely remember that too, and witnessed some unfortunate things on there at an age far too young for it. Not going into detail, either. I'm taking that shit to the grave.

There is a substantial variety of games on that site, primarily roleplaying games, designed to cater to various fetishes. This has been going on for a very very very long time, like probably almost as long as Roblox has been around. I don't think they get moderated super often because of some sort of plausible deniability loophole. If whatever's in the game itself isn't explicitly sexual, they usually don't bother to moderate it, regardless of how the players treat it. It is far too easy to just type in "[fetish with a not explicit name] roleplay" and get a whole host of different games catering to it, some of which have been on the site for years.

If my own unfortunate experiences with Roblox are anything to go by, I would guess that a lot of the kids playing these games are too young to even know that the feelings they're having are sexual in nature. They just really like playing this one game for reasons they don't even understand. Are kids being groomed into having weird kinks by playing these games during key stages of their development?

Ruben streamed recently (it's now deleted) live-reacting to additional voicemails from a part 2 attempt of trolling furs. That part didn't really go great since anyone with a braincell left knew he made up the bill, and he got a little too confident and reused the phone number he'd already used. That part isn't super relevant. More importantly he's possibly actually going to make something exposing more fetishist developers. He's been gathering info on Changed clones, clones of the furry transformation game that sadly has a massive audience of children because it's on Steam without no mature tags. Without a clip of what he said I can't provide much of quality but he has logs of someone involved with one of the big ones making blatant pedo messages on Discord. The damage has already been done for a while but maybe, with how Roblox reacts to what Rubensim posts on twitter something will actually be done before it can continue for too long.
