I'm starting to lean more heavily into the theory too... and that it was their church that called him out and a big piece of "the worst day".
This, along with Nick saying “This has been going on for a month” made something click.

Matthew 18:15-17
15"If your brother sins, go and show him his fault in private; if he listens to you, you have won your brother.
16"But if he does not listen to you, take one or two more with you, so that BY THE MOUTH OF TWO OR THREE WITNESSES EVERY FACT MAY BE CONFIRMED.
17"If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church; and if he refuses to listen even to the church, let him be to you as a Gentile and a tax collector.”

Could Nick have been kicked out of his church because of something he did, refused to acknowledge was wrong and ask forgiveness for? If he was kicked out I could see him deciding to do a 180 on everything he said for 5 years he believed.

Of course I could be totally off base but the more I think about it the more since it makes.

I am done addressing the heresy, but it made up a bunch of the stream. He also said he might start a thing on LOCALS with some people where he talks more religion.
I legitimately may hate watch this. Theology is one of those things that scratches my 'tism, especially Christian theology and how Americans don't know anything about it despite professing to be Christian all the time.

I also would not be shocked at all if his Church called him out. The entire point of a parish community is to keep a brother in christ on the straight and narrow and to smack him if he strays. I imagine a libertine individualist like Rackets probably didn't take direct and public criticism of his behavior with the appropriate humility and contrition.

I don't see him as some secret lefty march through the institutions type.
Yet. He claims to be oppositional defiant. He also considers his enemies to be right wing chuds. The only thing stopping him from going full ANTIFAggot is his sovereign citizen Locals simps.
My theory is that Nick has no interest anymore in religion at all and that this is all about pleasing the wife. My impression is that the family has ended involvement with organized religion and the wife has some nagging doubts about having done so. So Nick is struggling to come up with some sort of substitute religion where everything he is doing is good and that fills the need such as it is. At least until she stops talking about it and gets back to taking her pills.

What Nick believes in is a porn 'n drugs lifestyle. He is the type of guy that, given the chance, is going to drag the entire family down with him to keep him company. I'm sure that in his own mind the ultimate fix to all these problems is to get out of rural minnesota to someplace with a really degenerate culture where he will have a circle of friends to reinforce his lifestyle choices, to normalize all of it for the wife, get easier access to the sleaze he craves and get far away from both sets of the kid's grandparents.
Nick would totally be outside Lot’s house calling them prudes.

If I'm not confusing this with someone else, I think someone super chatted that they had a miscarriage and were looking for advice, and Nick brought up how they had one where the egg attached inside or too close to the tube which would allow it to grow but it wouldn't live and would kill the mother. Weird thing to bring up on both ends, but at least in his defense he was trying to share an experience with someone grieving.
I'm not caught up atm but if no one has corrected you yet, you are close, that wasn't a miscarriage story, it was a fear one of their doctors had for I think their 4th kid but it may have been the fifth. Turns out after a week or two of considering abortion, the doctors got a good scan of it and saw the kid was not stuck in the womb wall

I'm with you... here's my 'hold up' on the matter: What church - particularly a white-bread normie Protestant one - kicks anyone out? Most US churches are desperate for members.

I'm betting on a small-town inner-church political meltdown of some kind. Those are common. Thing is, I don't think Nick would give 2 fucks about some shade from his church unless: 1) It REALLY mattered to Kayla/her family; 2) It involves the kids/the kids co-op school; 3) Maybe both.

Meanwhile, his whiny pitch about hating MN and wanting to move is at an all-time high... So, yeah...

He also threw some shade at pan-Evangelicals last night and we know he likely attended that mega-church No Regrets Mens conference a couple of months ago.

(Btw, one thing Kiwi hasn't considered - that I've seen - is that he has 2 teenagers. Teen drama can spiral a family in a hot second, homeschooled or not. I'm sure his boys have gotten around whatever Internet safety stuff they've got. Most do. Either way, they could easily find the open Internet with friends. Fwiw, I speak from experience on all of this.)

When it comes out that the reason he is so pissed is because his teenage sons are just constantly calling him a cuck I will laugh so fucking hard. They don’t need to be on here to even see that stuff anymore we know they are constantly on their iPads lmao

A church that let the High Bishop of Balldo slink around its nave would rot from the inside out and consequently kicking him out would prolong the wellbeing of the institution, even if he was one of 4 remaining attendees.

It really is bad. Even when I would have considered myself more of a 'fan', I cringed very hard whenever he talked about religion in anything but passing platitudes.

It is like hearing celebroties who do good films or theatre talk about politics.

As for the church apying some kind of discipline, I know a bunch of churches that will apply it in different degrees. Some will just kick you out of service/teaching positions. Others will go all the way to kicking you out of attending at all. Some will announce it publicly and do it in church like an intervention. Others will do it privately between the elders/pastors/bishops/priests.

If he was excommunicated in some way AND publicly shamed (gossip is going to happen regardless) I think that would go a long way to explaining his F-U attitude and deep dive into depravity.

If you trust Nick, way back when he said his oldest was a lot like him. He swears when he thinks his parents aren't around, and does other things I am sure.

Back when Nick appeared more wholesome it seemed like they had the social media locked down for them, but I know from experience that any nannyware is flawed and if you do not monitor internet usage, SOMETHING will slip through. You need to have those hard conversations with your progeny, but Nick's lax style does not inspire the most confidence in me...

If it’s a small country Church odds are he’s enough of a fuck up and they have to address it. Small churches in Country Towns are effectively a social place still.

Also, if you need an eceleb to talk religion to you then here:

On the subject of Nicks worst day I present the following:

Could his worst day be related to this? From May 28th stream on a Saturday. This comment was later in the stream after an earlier comment about how he had to go a graduation party for a foster kid of his wifes parents. He doesnt seem very happy to be going to dinner with the in-laws.

Despite this - I still cannot find the clip where he said "this is the worst day of my life". Because I remember a bit of it where he said he "had a lot to think about" as it related to his worst day. I dont think this is a Sinbad Kazaam movie moment we are having, I think he may have clipped it out.

Related to his worst day - this is after a pee break - he seems to think his worst day may be related to a challenge from God.

simping for your wife is fine - but you feel the coom coming out

Bonus: On the subject of signing tits:

In the context of anime matsuri

Then 2 weeks later....

Ill leave you to decide on why his opinion changed - other than being slobering drunk at the time.

I'm with you... here's my 'hold up' on the matter: What church - particularly a white-bread normie Protestant one - kicks anyone out? Most US churches are desperate for members.
It's according to where they fall on the conservative-to-liberal spectrum - but churches do still kick members (or wont let them join as members) if they are "living in sin" as the old folks like to say.

No christian man is going into homosexual hook up bars, transvestites exhibitionism shows and cuckold interracial vacations.

No christian man would let his wife get naked in front of another man for a "massage" and get her tits groped by that same man in front of him, and do nothing about it.

No christian man would use degenerate sex toys. (Because they wouldn't need them in the first place)

No christian man would let his wife post nudes online, or even post his own nudes.

No christian man would talk about his intimacy with his wife with a bunch of random braincoomers online.

Nick has done all of that.

He's not a christian man. Period.

I'm not a christian (right know, because with all this shit going on in the western world, I'm seriously considering becoming one), but i grow up in a christian household, in a christian neighborhood... i know a christian with just hearing them talk, because morality comes through every word we say... Nick is clearly not a christian.

He's just a degenerate grifter, that's it.

I wish I'd honed my clipping skills (still a work in progress) back in the day.

As a mom of three, I remember thinking 'Wait, u just put the iPads in their hands and say good night?' He literally said that's what they do. Then he wonders why they interrupt him 2x/week while streaming?

FFS, it's Parenting 101 to take their screens away if you expect them to sleep.

Here's hoping there's more to that story and someone is doing more...

I'd say he does care but it's not in any sort of philosophical, theological, or even rational sense but just as a cope for feeling like he can always be forgiven for any mistakes and sins he commits in life; it's a wigger get-out-of-Hell-free card and nothing more to fake Christians like him.

The Rekeitas seem to adopt a free-range sort of schooling approach where the only schedule they keep is that imposes upon then by the (perhaps former) co-op and extra curricular.

They also 'attended' masses/service virtually for thr longest time. Nick invariably bitched in LOCALS chat everytime he had to go in-person. He also had the über religious take that (paraphrased) 'he only really gets anything out of the worship since the teaching is "meh"'

They also allow the children to graze snacks (that cost 2.000 a month!) that their nanny buys for them.

Overall, not getting thr idea they have any kind of regular routine except what they *have* to have...

Sounds like he's really devoted to his faith.
I actually did buy into his whole religious shtick a few years back when I heard him talking about teaching Sunday school at his church. I believe it was on one of his streams with Null, but I don't have it handy.

Usually someone who would take time out of their weekend to talk to kids about Jesus would be someone who takes their faith seriously, which is why I wonder if he did have some level of devotion and fell off at some point, or if it was really just a front.

I'm going to unironically suggest that if you're not willing to accept something as incredibly fundamental and important to Christianity as the belief that Jesus is the Son of God, you're not a Christian.

Wait, was there someone in this thread, mayhaps the subject of the thread, that specifically said that they think Jesus was an ordinary human and not the Son of God?

Strangely, there has been a very tiny group of "Christians" that think Jesus was just a very smart man, but not divine. Christians have loads of kooky little cells dotted all over the place. Its a pretty broad church, as the saying goes.

He doesnt seem very happy to be going to dinner with the in-laws.
Beginning to think more and more it's an in-laws thing. He used to talk a lot about not being able to move out of Minnesota because of the in-laws. I'm sure somebody else could find it better than me but within the last couple months he mentioned moving to Texas as if it was an actual possibility.
