General Discussion for Virtual Youtubers / Vtubers / Chuubas - it's okay to be a simp for 2D, just don't thirstpost.

Jewtuber boss jew wrote an article about shilling
Their targeted ads during the donothons did seem to work extremely well, the ads were well made too, I see way too many vtubers trying to advertise with a 4-6 minute song that takes 30s+ to properly start

All that being said, I'm pretty sure the relationship between Shirayuki Tomoe (who's bisexual) and Sukoya Kana (who's probably lesbian), who formed Crossick together, was in fact real, and they were dating. Or, at least they were dating at one time: they no longer perform as Crossick, and from what I understand, at least from Youtube comments on clips, they rarely stream together anymore, if ever, so maybe the relationship has ended.
For those two they are going hard on the shipping from their own fanbase, some may call them very good friends?

Probably when Sukoya takes a break to focus on her studies, they take a long hard look at themselves and put a stop to the collab. It doesn't really paint on what kind of streamer/entertainer that they want to be, who wouldn't to be honest every time you are streaming you'll get chat asking 'Where's Sukoya?', 'Why are you not collabing with her?'.

It's back to the rules for most vtuber chats, Do not mention or give any comment about other Vtuber during the livestream if the topic isn't started first by the current streamer first because it would be considered impolite.

I have my sympathies because "it's all just a big joke and for fun" really is the oldest groomer trick in the book, she was young, and she'd hardly be the first to fall for it. Hell even Null did back in the day, which is part of the reason why he seethes so hard about loli now. Could she have handled it with more grace?
This is the reason why I'm not too fond of westerners that scoff their nose at anime and lolicon and labelling it degenerate. They feel such immense amount of remorse for what they were or did was so unspeakable, they try to drag other people and shame them for enjoying the same or sleazier medium. This is like republican criticising some new culture and behind the scene, he is frequenting gay bar situation. Whenever, I see someone go hard at anime and the likes, I instantly assume he or she's got something to hide. If they feel remorse, do it silently on your own without dragging other people down. I see that shit again and again, it's just tiresome to find out whoever the karen is, he or she was grooming some minor in the discord or sending some compromising images. Not to mention, I can always sense some desperation behind the karen's disdain for lolicon or anime.

But on topic, I find Nyanners and by association her group to be generally incompetent and made up of backstabbers and gossip spreaders. It was obvious when she threw her original fans under the bus after she jumped on the vtuber bandwagon but it got more apparent when the drama with Nux happened. I was merely lurking on the site and it was pretty obvious the management wasn't doing a good job of properly communicating with vshojo members. For such supposedly good friends, they all threw Nux under the bus with only some assumptions. I guess when the original member is known to be a backstabber, I guess people she picked would be like that as well. This year, it got more obvious with the troon drama.

It's very real, they ended (it being content) due to the community starting to demand it rather than letting it happen, especially when EN viewers started actually paying attention to them.
now for the final member of tempus, Josuiji Shinri

the guy seems rather chill. have the "cool" voice all the girls like. from what i have read in the dox, the guy went to law school and is a practice lawyer(?).

I mean here's the thing though. Baseball is an export to them, so its a cultural barrier that just cannot be solved. Over here we had pitchers like Pedro Martinez intentionally bean players, and these have been celebrated. It's essentially the polar opposite of how Japan feels about it, but that is going to be reflected regardless. Plus to us we (should as Westerners) take jokes with a grain of salt. Nijisanji doesn't feel this way, so they will continue to be viewed as outsiders in the Western circle

Whats funny about sports here in the US is the less violent it is, the more boring it is. Basketball was fun to watch when it was a far more physical, aggressive sport than its watered down version today. Same with the NFL and its constant bullying of defenses because retards like big score numbers. In baseball, brush back pitches were the norm, and guys like Randy Johnson were feared because they would throw inside on you, and if you were crowding the plate you best not get hit. Hitting a player to get them to back the fuck up has been a thing in baseball and still is, purposely hitting dudes in the head has always been pretty frowned upon though.

Not bringing up other Vtubers as a rule always seemed autistic to me. I could understand if streamers just said, "Hey, don't bring up other streamers because I'm a corporate Vtuber; my company doesn't want to deal with drama and potentially cause problems for me or the company." Instead, they have to play this game of, "Well, ackshually talking about other Vtubers is, like, really rude." Imagine if someone did this shit with some actual streamers.

Troons strike yet again. FallenShadows roommate account seems to have been deleted because of mass reporting after she called out twitter people.

Didn't know this account existed till people started talking about it, but it's still sad to see that troons keep getting away with mass harassing people like this. At least her fans will have fun investigating together to find new account.
