Ukrainian Defensive War against the Russian Invasion - Mark IV: The Partitioning of Discussion

Anders Puck Nielsen has a new video retrospecting on the winter:

His main points:
  • Ukraine had a pretty good winter (relative to how it might have gone).
  • Russia has shown they lack the capacity to move the frontline significantly. It remains to be seen if Ukraine can.
  • Ukraine's refusal to surrender Bakhmut served to prevent Russia from taking a much-needed operational pause. Had Ukraine retreated, it would've been a "mission accomplished" for Russia where they'd slow and regroup, to Ukraine's disadvantage. But Russia wouldn't let up with the city still not taken.
  • He referred to the Bakhmut situation as "luxurious" for Ukraine as offense is more costly than defense, although the ratios have become more equal in the last month.
  • However, Russia is almost out of steam in Bakhmut, so Ukraine will have to do something else, probably offensive, to keep Russia from taking a breather.

NYT exposes massive, systemic fraud and corruption among “volunteers for Ukraine.” Large numbers of non-Ukrainians who should “not be allowed anywhere near the battlefield” are being given “ready access to American weapons.” Stolen valor, embezzled donations, and other forms of fraud are highly prevalent.

Those who support the wise, judicious, and effective use of the scarce funds being allocated to Ukraine (very scarce indeed compared to the size of Putin’s war machine) should be unanimously horrified and revolted by these revelations. So many donations from so many naive, well-intended people …. Stolen. Wasted. Defrauded.

This is good that it is reported about and a strength of transparent democracies, if its true its absolutely awful and these people should be charged! So many cases of multi-million crowdfund frauds and we still do the same mistake

What we can learn from this is to not donate money to individuals, especially not volounteer ones. Confirmed groups and institutions should be the focus of donations
Btw, is it proven that Vasquez is a faker? Naively, i was shocked

Well, I wasn't aware there was a pro-Putin hugbox thread, so I was promptly thread banned there despite not calling for the genocide of the subhuman insects known as Russians in that particular posts. It's tough folks.
Welcome, fellow friend of the great nation of Big Israel and NATO shill. Pull up a chair. We were just discussing how great the CIA is and how jannies do nothing but good, honest work.

If you quickly scroll past "Ukrainian" on your phone it looks like Ultraman
I scrolled past this too fast and thought you said Ultramar. I'm still trying to work out if the Russians would be crazy enough to invade a fictional planet full of genetic supersoldiers in fantasy robot armour.

They might.

Nordics (and Finland) sign an agreement to operate their airforces as a single joint force, as a counter to Russian aggression. This is almost certainly a way around Turkey's blocking of Finland and Sweden joining NATO.

This has been a dream for long, joint airforces are the most logical first step. Gripen and F-35s ( used effectively ) would be the perfect combination. Google for some interesting articles about this, too long to put in a post.
Aside from nuclear armageddon, im glad that a russian invasion of Scandinavia is now an impossibility

A former construction worker is hatching a plan to use fake passports to smuggle in fighters from Pakistan and Iran.

Sounds wise. Completely bonkers, that we have to obey "democratic rule of law" in the West and can't just recruit the lowlife niggers in our prison for our own Wagner group. Drop a bunch of Syrians at gunpoint in Bakhmut and let them hold the position with maxim guns. Why should 18 year old Ukrainian students waste their life to defend the European external borders while rapefugees can chill on NEET bucks? Fuck globohomo and all this law crap.

>muh penal battalions are not effective
just wait until the first few try to surrender to Wagner - the rest will fight for their lives

I’m simpatico. Not the prison nogs though, jfc they would be a disaster. We have all these fighting-age soldados crossing the southern border. Train them into a PMC & send them to Ukraine. Serve well & the rewards are great. Don’t and you’ll be stuffed on a rust-bucket and put out to sea for Coast Guard target practice.

The “Muh Messican Cartels & MS-13“ crowd would love that.

Cope and seethe Hohols. If you all are so confident in the brave Z Man go book a summer vacation in Bakhmut.
Your containment thread is 👉🏼 thattaway. Threadban this faggot already.

Depleted means .72 percent not nothing, and its properties are hazardous. Sure its a hazard just like tungsten or lead in the toxic sense, but its still uranium, so its dangerous on top of that. There arent many studies into its effects but there sure are a lot of gulf war patients.
1. The specific radioactivity of depleted uranium is 40% lower than that for natural uranium. External exposure to γ radiation emitted from depleted uranium projectiles is negligible.

2. As a result of military use of depleted uranium ammunition during the 1991 Gulf War about 300 tons of DU were dropped in the aircraft rounds and tank-fired shells in Kuwait and southern Iraq over an area about 20,000 km2.

3. It has been estimated that a large fraction of DU bullets (∼90%) fired from an aircraft miss their intended targets. The majority of these projectiles are still buried at various levels in the ground.

4. Slowly reacting metallic uranium deposited in the humid ground, in long-term perspective (over several hundred years) can cause the increase of its concentration in some local wells (underground water), but only in exceptional cases can it exceed the US EPA limit of 30 μg dm−3.

5. Comprehensive environmental radioactivity measurements in Kuwait in the years 1992–1994 do not confirm significant contamination of depleted uranium over the territory of this country, which may lead to exceeding the current hygiene or safety standards.

6. Because of the excellent penetrating properties of DU ammunition, it seems hardly possible that countries which have armies equipped with it would give up their use after the protests of pro-ecological organisations. However, such protests caused a temporary ban on uranium projectile ground tests in the United Kingdom (BBC, 2001).

The analysis found that the risks of DU-induced leukemia or birth defects are far too small to result in an observable increase in these health effects among exposed veterans or Iraqi civilians. The analysis indicated that only a few (∼5) US veterans in vehicles accidentally targeted by US tanks received significant exposure levels, resulting in about a 1.4% lifetime risk of DU radiation-induced fatal cancer (compared with about a 24% risk of a fatal cancer from all other causes). These veterans may have also experienced temporary kidney damage. Iraqi children playing for 500 h in DU-destroyed vehicles are predicted to incur a cancer risk of about 0.4% ... Veterans and civilians who did not occupy DU-contaminated vehicles are unlikely to have internalized quantities of DU significantly in excess of normal internalization of natural uranium from the environment.

Lol, are you upset buddy? Everyone knows that the Russians are subhuman, slant-eyed steppe niggers only fit for liquidation.
Not looking to be here for a long time nor am I interested in breaking up your circle jerk so no threadban is necessary.

To paraphrase a great Michigan scholar "The numbers don't lie, and they spell disaster for Hohols!" .

TFW no spring offensive, the fall of Bakhmut, and NATO cutting ties. This is your future. Ruminate on it. If a year from now I'm wrong you're all free to call me a faggot with no response. And with this I threadban myself.

Tick.tock.

You have been a nigger in COVID threads and you're usually one of the accelerationist dumbasses, soo, double nigger.

Has anyone done an analysis on if Russia has the available resources to build up and push anywhere on the line in significant numbers? Even if they mobilized, would they have the equipment? I don't think Perun has dove into that.

This is your future. Ruminate on it. If a year from now I'm wrong you're all free to call me a faggot with no response.
Are you a cowardly Russian, a contrarian /pol/tard in the US, or just looking for attention?
His negrate speaks volumes. :smug:

A few big grains of salt here, but Jesus, if the Armenians are now siding against Russia, who the hell is left in their corner?
One of Putin's mistakes that's often not remarked on is how he sold Armenia down the river in the hope that Turkey might throw him a bone (which they didn't, Erdogan decided that leveraging their position inside NATO, was more worthwhile). Instead all that happened is that he's made Russia look like an unreliable ally (the next time Erdogan puts out feelers to Armenia they may not be so eager to tell him to fuck off). So countries like Serbia, that actually do have representative governments have drawn appropriate lessons.

“TFW no spring offensive” (looks at calendar) Spring started 5 days ago.

-TFW no Euros freezing to death.
-TFW no famine to pressure the west.
-TFW 58 weeks into a 2 week SMO.
-TFW 3 days to take the capital becomes Russian Highway 80.
-TFW China grabs Central Asia making CSTO even more irrelevent.
-TFW even Armenia says they’ll arrest your tzar

Sorry for the containment breach there, guess we had another prison break.
It's always the chronic /pol/ types who don't respect others and always have to come up to shit on your carpet. Why? Because the walls of his room are already soaked in all manners of refuse, piss, shit and vomit and he can't stand to be there anymore.

The Russian offensive of the last 2–3 months was pretty underwhelming. I expect faggot-in-chief Putin to be dangling within the year is done, so cheers to you faggot.
