Yeah, she's still taking tube feeds some of the time, isn't she? There are definitely leads or wires coming out of the bottom of the swaddle there, that would complicate things a bit.

You can still flip the bottom of the wrap up so they're tucked in, even with wiring, as long as the muslin is the right size.

She goes to clubs and whatever, lord knows what germs she could pick up and pass onto NICU babies. Normal people, no prob. Babies, different story. No immune system. She should shower before each visit.
Seeing as she literally didn't shower for 6 WEEKS before her C-section (and don't think she would've unless it was a requirement)!
So wouldn't be surprised if she doesn't shower now. Absolutely disgusting! If I was another parent of a baby in the same NICU, I would be absolutely fuming!

That’s disgusting, full stop. Disabled or not, it’s gross to go without showering for weeks. Skin is full of bacteria. The most common bacteria pathogens are Staphylococcus aureus, group A β-hemolytic streptococci and coryneform bacteria. Herpes is the most common viral skin disease. Now I’m not saying she has any of these, but a scrape, cut, bite etc could cause any of these and without showering could lead to other issues and spreading stuff.
Someone who gets a scrape and touches it and then doesn’t clean their hand can then spread it to someone else via touch. Then there’s also the fact that staph lives on doorknobs, phones, shared items like towels, soap etc also spread staph.

Hot tubs don’t get hot enough to kill bacteria and there are bacteria you can pick up through hot tubs, like pseudomonas (p. aerunigosa and p. folliculitis).

Yes ish, she’s still on monitors so she needs an access window, and sometimes babies (first hand knowledge) hate swaddles. Once mine came home it was arms out or angry tiny crotch goblin. That blanket looks HUGE though, and poor squishy hitler is not the best at a lot but at least he tried. *puts gold sticker on forehead*

Alex is in the pool, drunk, falls backwards and would have hit her head if her friends wouldn't have caught her. The next day she doesn't remember a thing because of how intoxicated she was, but she's good.
