My guess would be Praetor used some of their money to post it in cash in Chris Chans name.

One dark day roughly 42 years agoShe's already had her bussy battered. It's how this whole mess started.
That would depend on how much tugboat he has and how much the bond is. In that scenario. How could Chris-Chan even afford his 10% portion of the bond?
From what I understand the difference between "bail" and "bond" is that bail means you pay the entirety of the fine yourself to be released from custody (under certain release conditions)- whereas bond means you pay something like 10% and a shady-as-fuck bond company pays the rest as a loan with collateral (usually homes), right? If you fuck up your bond, the bond company send literal bounty hunters to drag your ass back to the jailhouse, no?
What bail company on the planet would POSSIBLY want to take up Chris-Chan as a client? How could Chris-Chan even afford his 10% portion of the bond?
Vine updated to say Chris was released by court order instead of bond, so most likely no bond was actually involved and he's just been remanded to a group home. Chris does have money though. His tugboat has should still have been coming through the whole time he was in jail since it only stops when someone is convicted of a crime and Chris hasn't yet. So after two years he should have like $15K+.From what I understand the difference between "bail" and "bond" is that bail means you pay the entirety of the fine yourself to be released from custody (under certain release conditions)- whereas bond means you pay something like 10% and a shady-as-fuck bond company pays the rest as a loan with collateral (usually homes), right? No one knows dick cause Heilburg got the case sealed. So until Chris gets online we're not gonna learn anything since he's out of the VINE system that was reporting what facility he was in.So basically no one knows shit as of this moment?

Pretty much. He's not showing in the VADOC inmate lookup and VINE is currently showing him as released from custody by court order but everything apart from that is speculation for now.So basically no one knows shit as of this moment?
There was speculation about it being paused while he was in the mental hospital. I miss @PointlessSpergHis tugboat has should still have been coming through the whole time he was in jail since it only stops when someone is convicted of a crime and Chris hasn't yet. Think about this for a minute. There's nothing stopping Chris from strutting into the nearest retirement home and sticking his bent duck into the nearest senior citizen he can get his grubby hands on.Other than the fact that there's no way that Chris will be the one who gets the house when she croaks.
Virginia does not require sex offender registration for incest cases. Chris also hasn't even been charged with anything, so in the eyes of the law he's not a sex offender. And even if he needed to register, all the courts can do is require he use his real name on all of his social medias, so no Nighstar or Magi-chan accounts, but that's it. And even then that's only if his crime pertained to the internet, which it didn't.
Group homes, which is where Chris is most likely going, are a different story however, mainly because his primary source of internet access will be shared computers in a public room.
Well I guess we'll know if Chris gets back online with a gold plated Sonichu medallion or has enough money to buy a van. There was speculation about it being paused while he was in the mental hospital. I miss @PointlessSperg![]()
I'd like to assume after at least 24 hours have passed and we haven't heard from Chris, he maybe going to a group home now. Does this mean that he'll still have to go back to court for his review later in August? So basically no one knows shit as of this moment?
Lord have mercy on us all even though we don't deserve it.
If he was released and a condition of his bond was that his caregiver (probably a social worker at this point) keep him in a care home, that would not be custody. If his case had been concluded and the court directed that he serve his sentence in a psychiatric facility, that would still count as being in custody.
