Just so we're all on the same page, if all the elements of a crime are not met it is not that crime. Making a false police report or whatever this would be is not the same as "SWATTing" assuming Wisconsin even has such a statute. See also: Rick's insistence that he's suffering felony telephone harassment even though nobody has been convicted of anything yet and the statute does not elevate to a felony unless you've already been convicted of it to the same person.

considering the recent discussion of the Brewers Game Explosion Shit Incident I am beginning to wonder if perhaps the whole thing was just a deranged Fatristic Plot by him to get onto the jumbotron and maybe even into the news. Any publicity is good publicity right? or maybe something went on at the same time when everyone’s attention was on the soiled (undergarmentless) pants.
