I was re-reading the pastebin when eva cried to get some extra insight now that i finally played the thing, heres someone who understands fighting games much better than me talking:

Yeah, "not even like 5% of a prototype" sounds about right.

Also, i don't think it was Alex made that model. Ugly as it looks, he probably stole it from somewhere or bought it for free, just like the dojo stage. If Alex really had made the model by himself, you can bet her breasts would 4 times bigger and 20 times more deformed.
