I'm not really religious, but the way that the troons draw this to reflect themselves, and even how a troon created this makes this almost feel demonic. Maybe it's a mirror reflection of the monster that caused them to mutilate themselves.

Having met a Pooner IRL this is fucking hilarious, but I am in agreement with many of the posters here, I feel like the OP needs some work.

Happy to take suggestions as I knocked the whole thing together in ten minutes during a lunchbreak, I've revised it a couple of times to add more detail, I'm not sure what else there is to say tbh, the art itself is self explainatory but I'm more than happy to take any suggestions if you think it could be more clear.

Do you know who Poppy Z Brite is?

She was a goth horror/ splatter punk writer from the 1990s who trooned out and is now going by Billy Martin. A lot of her erotic horror novels focused on gay male relationships in a way which will be very familiar to students of the modern yaoi pooner contingent.
