Actually combover, going by the dems favored court rulings of the past.. "military style" weapons have MORE 2nd protections than hunting rifles since the old cases tried to tie it to explicit military weapons. (as a result of the fact that the founders gave arms blanket protection and didn't spell things out in detail.... likely didn't think they needed to since EVERYONE made up the class the protections were for) All in order to ban things like short barrel shotguns... something that was heavily used in the era by the military. (Unbelievably enough the head justice at the time was a WW1 vet who KNEW this fact and lead the ruling anyway..) making clear the sheer nonsensical nature, legally, logically and factually, of the old case law. And this all is ignoring that they already banned full auto weapons by the point of this "military weapons only" standard as well.. So much for that case law "precedents" that they screamed and cried about with modern rulings.

Someone ran the numbers last time there was a Trans Day of Rememberance. If you use the numbers the trannies themselves reported, then in terms of murder rate per 100,000, trannies are the safest and least-murdered demographic in the world. You have to include every single murder around the globe to even get a murder rate, and most of them come from South American sex workers.
