Yeah, it's Asia only unfortunately. I bought my copy when I was in Hong Kong, same with Omega Labyrinth Life.

Actually he mentioned there were no plans because he thought the west was too puritan to buy it. There was a lot of public outcry during that period against sexy, not as public now but now they try to appease ESG or the mythical "wider market". You have interviews of the Atelier Ryza devs talking about stepping away from fan service in the future for crying out loud, trying to embrace a "wider market" as it were.
