Nick could be covering the Afroman vs Ohio police news but he's so fucking lazy about show prep. He could do multiple shows where he has someone on to talk about confidential informants, search warrants, recourse for police damaging shit while executing a warrant, the police suing Afroman for using the footage of their raid in his music video, all kinds of shit if he hasn't completely alienated his other panel guests. If he got the views up I'm certain he could have reached out to Afroman's people for an interview before the cops filed their case against him but now it's probably way too late. Seems like a fun opportunity for any of these youtube lawyers that's being squandered.

Hopefully Potentially Criminal will be covering it. He's in Ohio, and far more based than Rackets will ever be.

- Nick said he would prefer having all his teeth removed and have implants if the cost were not too high. WTF!?

- This struck me a monumentally moronic. I think they actually did think about it before posting, but their 3 brain cells actually thought it was a good idea.

Nick's dental health is likely on the decline right now because I bet he's just crashing into slumber instead brushing his teeth after he drinks half a bottle of sugary alcohol a night. Plus, he's at the age where teeth generally start to become more sensitive.

If I had to guess, this moment might have been inspired by a not-so-good visit or series of visits to the dentist where he got gently scolded and told to change his habits. Instead of changing his habits, Nick's mind went towards the most retarded and expensive non-solution out of spite. Because that's how he rolls in 2023 and FUCK YOU DAD, YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND, IT'S MY LIFE.

(For all I know, someone may unironically be able to confirm if he went to the dentist recently because Balldo Esq thinks broadcasting every stupid little detail of his life is the pinnacle of content)

ACompleteRandom Sperging out about the internet and censorship:
DesertDogStudio
anyone ever read The Foundation? Very interesting and applicable theory of control presented - he called it 'psychohistory'. This gives a better explanation of the concept than I'd be able to do here - but if you look at it and then look at today, you can see it all around you. https://asimov.fandom.com/wiki/Psychohistory
aCompleteRandom
What wasn't particularly foreseen was that the loud lefties would then spend 3 decades working their way within the tech companies to the point where they could literally ban "wrongthink". But it's not a shock, particularly, and I suspect if you could talk to Ted K today, he'd just nod and say, "What'd you expect?"
The10thMan
@aCompleteRandom Disagree, in the 80s/90s the promise of information technology was hopeful because it allowed true anonymity and removed all social barriers. didn't matter if you were male/female/black/white/etc. That was considered a positive change. Whistleblowers could publish without consequence in the anon.penet.fi days.
DesertDogStudio
No, I think he might have seen that coming. Yuri Bezmenov's interview was from the mid 80's after all - laid out that plan plain as day for anyone paying attention
The10thMan
Anonymity allowed ideas to be judged solely on merit, and meritocracy is the opposite of what progressives/leftists want with equity
aCompleteRandom
The problem is that you're only talking about one perception of the value of the internet. Others perceived the free exchange of information as dangerous to their ideology, and immediately sought ways to suppress it. Understanding that both perspectives existed, even back then, is kind of important.
aCompleteRandom
On the flipside, the progressives are highly jealous of their anonymity, as they need it preserved in order to use bots and multiple accounts to make their minority viewpoints sound loud enough to be worth listening to.
The10thMan
@aCompleteRandom I'd have to say [Citation Needed] on that claim. The 90s Internet was peak free exchange of information. "The Internet treats censorship as damage and routes around it" etc. If there was any movement--at all-- towards suppressing that it was from the corporate/commercial interests that were dipping their toe in the Internet waters and needed to sanitize and make it family friendly
seamuslongbottom
I don't know what's going on but you are all wrong.
aCompleteRandom
Moderation of sites, servers, and boards was a thing in the 90's every bit as much as today. If you were there, you remember limitations on speech, topics of conversation, etc. every bit as well as I do. If you weren't, then believe what you want.
The10thMan
Again, if you are talking commercial, like the CompuServes and AOLs then I agree. But if you're talking about Internet e.g. like newsgroups, IRC, etc then No. Other than the CP alt newsgroups being dropped/blocked, there was nobody moderating anything beccause most of the protocols didn't even have that design
The10thMan
The only reason you got banned at all was for spam, because it was considered a form of Denial of Service attack.
aCompleteRandom
People moderated their IRC servers and yeeted people all the time. If you were part of communities where anything goes happened, that's fine. But that does not even represent the majority of communities. Moderation was the norm, same as now.
The10thMan
Yes, but moderating your channel was not the equivalent of censoring the Internet. You're acting like because someone would autoban people for being from an AOL IP that's the same as a massive movement towards censorship and not just your average petty elitism
aCompleteRandom
Newsgroups were interesting. Some were moderated/monitored, others weren't. But newsgroups/usenets were so centered around filesharing, the primary battle anyone remembers was the "war against piracy" of the late 90's that has never stopped and itself serves as a form of suppression of speech.
The10thMan
I'd totally agree that elitism was a major component of 90s Internet, aboslutely, but I fail to see the link between basic snobbery and a desire to control the flow of information or spread of ideas
The10thMan
Again, the "war against piracy" was the corporationg and commercial interests, not the Internet ones as I said previously.
The10thMan
Internet loved piracy, information should be free, copying is not theft, etc
The10thMan
Napster would be an example of a new information spreading anti-censorship free exchange of ideas typical of that era. Getting sued out of existance by RIAA was them having to go outside the Internet itself to attack something that couldn't be blocked or stopped otherwise.
aCompleteRandom
If you'd ever been on any progressive boards, IRC chats, or other services, you'd have seen in. The great thing then was, if you didn't like it, there were thousands of others to go to. Social media created a central authority over a ton of those communities, and the rest is history. Even those who maintain their independence are subject to constant attack from every angle. This didn't start this decade, or last.
aCompleteRandom
They were trying to deplatform playboy/penthouse in the 90's, for that matter. Apparently them having websites was "dangerous for children" therefore they shouldn't exist, rather than parents actually being parents.
aCompleteRandom
Also, Napster is another great example. That too, was the 90's, and look at the catastrophic results.
The10thMan
Can you give an example? What was considered "progressive" before things like racial division, social contagion or LBTGQFAFS existed?
The10thMan
Like what 90s-era progressive channel/board or service was noteable?
sanglant
insurance, before that eugenics n shit.
sanglant
damn reply roulette
aCompleteRandom
A better question would be what point you're attempting to argue. No, I'm not going to give you a thousand examples. Your point was that the internet was widely viewed as a way to share unfiltered information in the 90's. I'm telling you that it was not. People were attacking servers, businesses, and individuals over shit the same as they are today. They've simply gotten more efficient at it, thanks to social media centralization of the bulk of it.
sanglant
insurance, before that eugenics n shit.
The10thMan
I didn't ask for 1000 examples. I just asked for one.
The10thMan
Everyone's seen the charts of how there is virtually no mention of racism and racial injustice in the media until the Occupy Wall Street movement and then it's like a switch gets flipped and it's overnight the #1 concern.
The10thMan
You're essentially claiming that no it was always there since the 90s and yet I have never seen any evidence to support that contention.
aCompleteRandom
As I said, if you lived it, then you know. If you didn't, who cares? Believe whatever you want. "It's always worse today!"
The10thMan
Well, you lose credibility when you can't support your claims. "Moderation of sites, servers, and boards was a thing in the 90's every bit as much as today." is simply not true. If it existed, at all, it was due to corporations taking action IRL to stop something that couldn't be controlled online. Scientology killed anon.penet.fi because of people using it to reveal their so-called secrets.
MykLikesTacos
Everything is fine, guns not involved. https://s9e.github.io/iframe/2/twitter.min.html#1640505650169151488

Canadians aren't people, he didn't do anything wrong
aCompleteRandom
I'm having a chat, not writing a report for the NYT. And it was YOUR claim that censorship wasn't prevalent on the internet in the 90's. It did, you're full of shit, and I don't need to prove you're full of shit to know it, because I was there, I lived it. So, who cares about your take on anyone else's credibility?
MrStirFry99
the world has gone crazy, and Canada is leading the way (if you think we're bad, we dont hold a candle to the inferno that is Canada)
The10thMan
I gave examples of how it was not prevalent nor was it actually coming from the Internet vs IRL. I don't get why you are so butthurt because your imaginary, revisionist view of history is wrong.
The10thMan
And you serious are pulling the most leftist stereotype line possible with the whole "it's not my job to educate you, bigot" theme lol
aCompleteRandom
Your examples were false. I told you that censorship was based on a server by server basis. You tried to indicate it didn't exist, and it did. So you lied. Or were wrong. Take your pic. "Oh! There was no censorship on IRC!" WTF? Of course there was, what a retarded attempt at citing.
Salshien
The difference was that there wasn't any handful of platforms that dominated the conversation, if you didn't like the rules of one forum, the you could very easily go to another forum, especially when there is the culture of anonymity or psuedoanonymity
The10thMan
The existance of tools to block things is not the equivalent to the wholesale movement of censorship invoked by the phrase "controlling the flow of information" and you know it.
Salshien
Also forums frequently had a specific topic of discussion, and if you want to maintain that, than you are going to end up censoring or quarantine people who try to derail it. There were few places that were general conversation like modern social media
aCompleteRandom
And that's the point, centralization of information sharing has allowed both for "ease of censorship" AND to attack independent servers and services with DDoS attacks, lawfare, etc. until they go dark, because everyone shares their shit via social media.
The10thMan
I can keep people off my property. That's not the issue. It's me keeping YOU from going onto anyone else's property whether they want you there or not.
The10thMan
The former is the 90s Internet. The latter is today's. That's the difference and they are not the same.
Salshien
DDoS attacks don't have anything to do with centralization it is in the name...
The10thMan
There was no technology on 90s Internet that could, say, block a single person/IP from every IRC server on the planet.
aCompleteRandom
LOL, the use of widespread DDoS is what got such a huge portion of the internet to switch to Cloudflare, Amazon, and Google web services, directly forcing them into terms of use that censored speech.
The10thMan
Today, you can absolutely lose wholesale access to entire platforms/protocols/networks. That is because they rebuilt the Internet within the past ten years (starting with the net neutrality issue) to allow that
The10thMan
Again, Random, you contradict yourself "And that's the point, centralization of information sharing has allowed both for 'ease of censorship' AND to attack independent servers and services with DDoS attacks" did not exist in the 90s. Everything was decentralized by design.
Salshien
And that has nothing to do with centralization, it may have pushed towards centralization, but that is a second order affects. DDoS purely has to do with the size of the internet as more nodes are added to the internet the risk of DDoS increases.
The10thMan
The entire point of ARPANet was redundancy and the decentralization
aCompleteRandom
LOL. Rebuilt the internet. I can spend $400 and put up a webserver today, if that's what I wanted to do, that's 100% free speech. The problem isn't putting it up, it's not getting my connected DDoS'd to shit after doing so. DDoS isn't the enemy of the government or corporations, it's what has pushed servers, services, and sites into the centralized censorship. Holy shit, how did you not know this?
The10thMan
@aCompleteRandom Absolutely false. Utterly. Talk to Null and see how that actually works.
The10thMan
DDoS is an easily solvable issue except for the EXTERNAL and real-world attacks
Salshien
BGP was implemented in 1989, there has always been a way for a central malicious actor to take sites off of the internet
The10thMan
Which, again, I have said now in three separate examples beginning with Napster
Salshien
DDoS is not easily solvable, anyone who tells you otherwise is trying to sell you something. As long as there are insecure systems on the internet in large numbers, DDoS will be possible.
The10thMan
Salshien, selling fatter pipes is kind of the whole point of the Internet, isn't it?
Salshien
If you can afford a fatter pipe, someone else can afford 1000x those fatter pipes to DDoS you
The10thMan
Exclusing clear vulnerabilitys that exploit IP design to cause things like routers to hit 100% utilitzation, what traffic is someone throwing at you to DDoS you other than legitamate service requests?
The10thMan
DDoS has always been indistiguishable from "suffering from success" a la the Slashdot effect, the Reddit hug of death, etc
sanglant
get that piece!https://youtu.be/fEOsSUIuBQY
The10thMan
cough Crowder effect cough
Salshien
Somewhat, They can be, but frequently it is easier to be lazy, so you can sometimes use logs to determine good faith vs bad faith connections
SkylerThaCreator
Can't just skip and choose, except for the times that you can🤔
Salshien
Salshien
DDoS is an old problem
The10thMan
I guess then I'll rephrase for clarify, DDoS is solvable as a game of brinkmanship, so unless you're pissing off state actors, you can probably find technical solution assuming that they can't resort to lawfare and real-world attacks
The10thMan
Or take away your ability to pay entirely, which is the ultimate DDoS attack
Techpriest_Alex
She did it again
MrStirFry99
She cant keep getting away with it!
Salshien
When you are being bombarded with several 2.54 Tbps you are going to have a bad time from some asshole who found a list of servers susceptible for reflection attacks
Techpriest_Alex
On other note Would or wouldn't?
aCompleteRandom
Indeed. But apparently it's just some new thing. And the internet was completely rebuilt starting 10 years ago. And censorship didn't exist in the 90s.
The10thMan
@aCompleteRandom The kind of censorship that KiwiFarms has gone through is next-level, something that is utterly without precident or equal and yes, only possible today. You know nothing.
Salshien
This is true
Salshien
Well partially true
MrStirFry99
if actual girl and not tranny, yes. that being said, tranny/fem Sam[antha] Hyde is better looking than a good 40 percent of modern women
Salshien
Tier Ones could have done it at anytime in the past
aCompleteRandom
As a web developer active in the late 90's and early 00's, you're a retard and haven't the faintest clue what you're talking about. I'll go ahead and leave it at that.
The10thMan
If all people had to deal with was DDoS, it would be solvable or at least a game of wack-a-mole as new exploits pop up and are dealt with.
Salshien
And how do you propose that? if the only options to an unresponsive web host is to kick them off the internet, then you have a major terrifying censhorship tool
The10thMan
Random, you still haven't given a single example of what a "late 90s and early 00s" developer would have even had to deal with that could deplatform them
Salshien
A tier 1 could have deplatormed them, the fact that they didn't doesn't mean they couldn't
The10thMan
Salshien, well I mean, take RTBL as an example. Yes, it is censorship, but if your host is properly configured, it shouldn't be possible to be on there. If you are, it's because something has happened and if you fix it, you come off.
aCompleteRandom
I don't need to. You've claimed the internet was completely rebuilt in the last 10 years, none of the problems of today existed before then, and that's that. I'm not going to waste my time. Believe whatever you want, kiddo.
aCompleteRandom
"DDoS is easily resolvable" has to be the quote of the week though. Holy shit.
The10thMan
So it encourages responsible administration. That is technically "censorship" but also analogous to the whole liberatarian NAP

The10thMan
I never said easily, you liar.
EgalitarianBtch
Hi Vlad!
Techpriest_Alex
Salshien
If say, hypothetically Hurricane Electric decides that your host should be blackholed, and not only that they advertise that they are the authoritative route to you, you are very fucked, even in the 90s
The10thMan
Salshien, right, but it never happened. That was my point.
MrStirFry99
lol.
aCompleteRandom
Dayum.
The10thMan
The level of fuckery today is not what happened in the 90s or even 00s.
The10thMan
The government could have shutdown the whole Internet too, if we are just trying to talk capabiity
Salshien
That is two very different things, there was nothing particularly stopping them and Tor wouldn't come around until the early 2000s
The10thMan
I'd argue that Internet culture itself was stopping it.
The10thMan
Everyone depended on the nerds, and the nerd of that error were decidedly anti-censorhip
The10thMan
of that era*
sanglant
freenet
Salshien
Sure, but that isn't really a reliable thing to count on, since now one angry troon can take you out
The10thMan
Remember when the hex code was found to decrypt all DVDs? That was an example of one of the first Internet censorship battles and I remember it quite well.
aCompleteRandom
That, we'll agree with. It was the centralization of servers and services within centralized clouds that has allowed the systematic deplatforming based on arbitrary "standards". And many of those services and servers only switched to the cloud services to protect themselves from DDoS attacks. Has the circle squared itself for you yet?

Salshien
I agree if people stopped being bad the internet would be a better place, in fact, the world would be a better place if people stopped doing bad things
The10thMan
On one side you had corporations trying to DMCA anyone posting a literal string of hex numbers and on the other side you had the entire Internet tying to find ways to transform it into pictures, photos, songs, and other forms of artistic expression.
MrStirFry99
hey EB! i was clearly not talking about you. lol. feeling 100% yet?
The10thMan
I guess the argument comes down to semantics. Yes, it was always technically possible to do _____, but culturally it never happened back then, but now Internet culture has flipped and it's happening all the time.
Salshien
The reality is that the centralization of Anti-DDoS it likely the least centralized and authoritarian way of dealing with the inevitable problem of DDoS attacks.
EgalitarianBtch
I know, I’m white knighting for the biological women who don’t mass murder… haha. I have manageable days and really bad days. Looking like surgery is gonna have to happen. But I can’t get into an ENT for a bit so it’s just a waiting game. How are you??
The10thMan
@Salshien Or, as Elon Musk is doing, the walled garden?
The10thMan
Sure you can DDoS, just will cost you $7,000,000

sanglant
lol poo testhttps://youtu.be/lqx_WJ29pSw

It will be interesting to see if traffic collapses because the bots were the only thing people were interacting with, or if people fill the void with actual content.

Nick's relationship with his editor is crazy, and his editor doesn't seem to do very much for him at all.
Is he being paid?

Because if he's not, I can't exactly blame him for not doing much. Nick wants to be a brand. He's even incorporated in TX (I think). Corporations have employees that get paid. Idiots do it for free.

He could do multiple shows where he has someone on to talk about confidential informants, search warrants, recourse for police damaging shit while executing a warrant, the police suing Afroman for using the footage of their raid in his music video, all kinds of shit if he hasn't completely alienated his other panel guests.
You have to admit it's pretty novel for corrupt pigs who smashed up a guy's house, stole his money, and damaged his shit suing the guy they committed crimes against. They claim they suffered embarrassment and emotional distress. Maybe they shouldn't have been doing corrupt shit while being recorded.

These pussified faggots should not even be on the force if they're crying about their fee-fees being hurt by actual footage of them disgracing themselves and the badges they carry.

I'd say Free Afroman, but they didn't come up with anything to charge him with for this bullshit.

Rekieta Law has now been demoted to the second most degenerate page on Locals.

locals.png

Nick wants to be a brand. He's even incorporated in TX (I think). Corporations have employees that get paid.
He was incorporated in Texas. Now, according to Texas government websites, Rekieta Media LLC's right to transact business in Texas is "FORFEITED".

Nick may want to call up Rekieta Media's registered agent, Ty Beard, and see what's going on there.

To be fair, he watched the video song he did and red the initial complaint. Not holding my breath that he does more...

Sperg cannot get a job and overshares:

I did actually. Chat must have gone by too fast, though.

Sally78
And???

Laggarticus
Not sure exactly how it went, as I'm still waiting on feedback from the recruiters, but I'm half convinced I made myself sound like a fucking moron and I'm not sure if it's because of the mistakes I made or I'm just talking myself into that analysis...

Sally78
What type of work do u do?

Laggarticus
Programmer. To be honest, I'm bad with interviews to begin with, and for as much as I love programming, my innate ability to panic and have my brain shut down makes tech interviews a special hell for me.

Sally78
Well I wish you luck..my man was laid off for a year...it was awful...he beat himself up everyday...that industry is brutal...what do you use to program...Rachael from chat works for a big company..she is pretty high up...I think she has pull.

Laggarticus
I'm a full stack Java developer. Mostly been working lately in Java/Angular with a smattering of different things from the Spring environment both in microservice oriented project and more monolithic style projects.

Maybe he can fix LOCALS? LOL! Probably not...

Sally78
I will wait to see when Rachael is in chat..she is a project manager for some international company in Utah...she helped secelope adobe..if I want me too that is?

Laggarticus
At this point I'm not averse to any aid, though I am kind of tied to the Phoenix, AZ area for the foreseeable future. Nothing for me to do but plug away at the job search until I finally convince someone to give me a job. Thanks for the well wishes, and I hope things are going well for your man! I've been looking hard since I heard that my contract was getting cancelled. I've been out of work since Jan 31 and I'm starting to go absolutely fucking nuts feeling like a useless lump.

Sally is TOO NICE!
Sally78
Yeah I don't have the heart...wish sometimes I did.u therapist told me to practice being a bitch..it hasn't worked..don't know how

SuranK
If your therapist is telling you to be a bitch, maybe wrong therapist. Definitely a leftie. I wouldn't go to a damn therapist. Can't trust them

Sally78
She actually was great for me...I just always for taken advantage of..her other tips were great...

SuranK
Well,.ok, but for.me., no thanks

Sally78
Well....it was necessary I don't even know her politics ..she saved my life literally..
USER989
If your therapist only tells you what you want to hear, find a new therapist.
Sally78
Exactly...therapist should make u think and process not tell u what to do..

Freedom1982
Sometimes you need that permission to be a bitch. Some people let others walk all over them and are too nice.
MrStirFry99
Therapy is supposed to be temporary, not something you constantly go to. Most people use therapy as a crutch. life is not that hard that you need to have a stranger give you advice once a week.
Skull-Leader
yeah, that's what bugs me. So many of them are Super leftoid. not sure I could trust them
sanglant
sadly i can believe that
SuranK
The first thing a therapist has to tell me is what he or she carries. Because if they aren't, I don't trust them

sanglant
lol, i just guess. freaks em out real good when you're right

MrStirFry99
my issue with "therapy" is that most people who go, never seem to get "better". If i break my arm and i go to phsyical therapy, i eventually get healed/better and i dont need therapy anymore. I dont get why (mental) therapy is not like that.

SuranK
Because the lefties can't actually be fixed, so those therapist never even try to find a real solution

Sally78
You have to want to get better...you need to go for yourself...I had severe cptsd..I wanted to be well had two young kids...also have to find the right fit

MrStirFry99
i dont think im talking about you Sally. you have the right attitude, i was just speaking in generalities.

Sally78
They should never advice...they should listen and make you think...it's a process of having someone abjective help you talk through your issue and come to conclusions on your own...anything else is improper

Sally back to her HOE ways!
Sally78
Ass wednesday

Sally78
Goodie goodie till 20 and a half

MrStirFry99
@Sally78 makes sense being from Utah.

Sally78
💯 I was very sheltered..since I looked 18 at 14...was quite tall.

Skull-Leader
at a hotel?

Sally78
Was a couple weeks ago...

Charlie101101
You’re gonna make my train ride awkward thinking of a different kind of ride with that picture

Sally78
Find a hot chick on train and imagine

Sally78
Make sure your phone isn't in your pocket...no accidental dick pics..or do

Charlie101101
Both are in hand

Skull-Leader
Sally was the girl smoking in the bathroom

Sally78
Never did that...literally very sheltered ..people who drank were evil ..couldn't even hang out with boys till 16...if there was a time and place it was considered a dare...kinda messed up.

Skull-Leader
Sounds pretty wholesome. Sheltered is better than the alternative

Sally78
There is always in between
Charlie101101
Sheltered is never better
Skull-Leader
But then again, i was probably a bit sheltered too...
SirVieVal
yep a sheltered child can catch up very quickly. can't re-sensitize your child to life
SirVieVal
these kids are doing anal at 16. can u imagine as a parent

Skull-Leader
My dad was basically a pastor... And i wanted to live up to expectations...Didn't lose the v card till i was 21...
SirVieVal
yeah theyre running at trains at parties and shit cause rap music
Sally78
That's what happens when your 21 year old sister takes you in when you were 12 and she was preggo at 17 and two kids by 21.. Wanted the best for me I guess

Charlie101101
Thought I was old losing it at 16

Skull-Leader
... Really?? We're you expecting to get laid in middle school or something?

Charlie101101
14 or 15

MrStirFry99
damn. not til i was 18 and summer after high school.

Skull-Leader
Eh, i guess a year or two matters a lot more back then ..
Charlie101101
I’m not sure what you mean by this comment
Sally78
It still should
MrStirFry99
that you lost your V card young
Charlie101101
Summer before senior year
Sally78
You were young at 16 in my opinion

SuranK
The real question is WHY did you lose your virginity....in love? Horns? Prsctical reason?

SuranK
*horny
sanglant
i've talked to people that started way to early.

Chat proves the mass shootings are caused by medication:
Sally78
Omh..just realized mass shootings are caused by vaccines... since autism spectrum causes mass shootings then vaccines cause mass shottings

MrStirFry99
not sure if serious or sarcastic

Sally78
No being serious. I won't when mad shootings started.. If after 1986 there is a direct correlation
MrStirFry99
cool. yes. i can agree with that statement.
Still-Life
There were mass shootings in Cowboy times.
MrStirFry99
and before the 1980s most mass shootings were done by adults. Anyone here remember the McDonalds massacre in 1984?

Sally78
Since 1982 mass shootings have spiked

Laggarticus
It's not the guns. I was born in 1982. I'm egotistical enough to claim credit/blame for the spike.
MrStirFry99
thats when we started SSRIs, and drugging our kids for ADD, etc. also when we took away drinking and driving. coincidence? i dont think so. 😚

Sally78
My brain was going there as well... Vaccines also cause ADHD.. And depression disorder
SirVieVal
jesus, 41 years of mass shootings and still less than 1000 people killed. and we're still tlking about it
SirVieVal
that many people die in a week in america from doctors cutting the wrong vein
SirVieVal
or grabbing the wrong drug
Sally78
It's not the guns... Did u read my original
MrStirFry99
now lets compare that to the amount of people the police have killed in the same time frame.

MrStirFry99
Nick said it best last night.. SSRIs. its the drugs. its the shit that we cram down these kids throats because they "act out", in reality most of them are bored.

EgalitarianBtch
True. We focus more on masking the problems with help of pharmaceuticals than we focus on actually finding the root of the problem and helping.

Fedposting religion
Still-Life
The monopoly on violence is disgusting to me. Fake christian trash tells us it's wrong to hurt evil people so they can control dominant males.
Southanarchist
I also abhor modern pacifist Christianity
MrStirFry99
jesus said to sell your coat and buy a sword.
Southanarchist
We need a new revolution
Still-Life
Jesus was violent at times and straight up said if it wasn't for the will of the Father he would have us all perish.
Still-Life
He wasn't some fake nice little bitch.
Still-Life
All that shit about being an innocent sheep is disgusting to me.

Still-Life
I am the righteous violent hand of God.

Still-Life
Sean could be one of Hitler's Top soldiers at this point.

Still-Life
Bring it faggots. I pray to God for pig blood on my hands before I check out. I don't give a shit.

Still-Life
I am a fucking threat.

Just casual about murder...

Still-Life
Could I kill someone? Yes, I could. Could I get 'away' with it? I should fucking hope.

He was incorporated in Texas. Now, according to Texas government websites, Rekieta Media LLC's right to transact business in Texas is "FORFEITED".

Nick may want to call up Rekieta Media's registered agent, Ty Beard, and see what's going on there.

That is just weird. I thought once he knew he knew about it, he would just clean it up immediately and be done with it. But its nearly April and he does not appear to have done anything.

Now I start to wonder if there is some other issue with the LLC. Something more complex with taxes or Nick is having his business structure re-worked such that the LLCs are going away.

And its not just the right to transact business that you lose due to a forfeit, you lose the right to use the texas courts. All the legal protections that the LLC is designed to give kind of go away.

He said something about sending the money in a while ago but I just now looked it up and it's still forfeited.

So the day Trump gets indicted this lazy piece of shit can't be bothered to do a show?
Another night without a show that’s 3/9 shows missed over the last two weeks. I’m betting there’s something going on in his personal life, that post about a date night with our wife the other night was pure cope. Interesting that he isn’t sharing what it is he could be embarrassed, unlikely, or he only told his new kool kids klub discord friends about it. Also equally unlikely he’s learning not to overshare. The trump indictment would have been a huge stream for him a year ago.
