You know, I never see any of her followers ask her "didn't you hire someone to screen your social media for you?" anytime she starts bringing up harrassment. I mean, that was the supposed whole point of the Patreon, and yet other than here, it's almost never brought up.

I really love the idea of the Wu residence being some kind of horrible hell-house that subtly shifts every day, eventually becoming a dwelling that simply can not exist according to logic.
Someone wrote a book about it actually.

You mean that the building, and everything in it, is an abomination that is constantly warping in a battle with the laws of our existence?

It would explain all the screaming photos.

And so very much more.
This will end up worse than that time we found that hilarious tryhard author Sutter Kane and his terrible fanbase.

how pissed off must her kickstarters be knowing that wus doing dumb shit like this instead of finishing the product they paid for

Tad late, but... there was a rather infamous shooting case in Australia, where the wife was waiting for her husband with... a rifle. And a smaller gun as backup. To put it mildly, the irony is somewhat hilarious.

didnt those dax thingy things (trill?) wasnt that some parasitical alien that would move from host to host, and change genders?

gender changing parasites hmmmm....

(edit symbiotic)
The trill. They have symbiotic relationships with a parasite that gives them access to memories of previous hosts

Actually, minor sperging, but something potentially interesting, one of the only good trans characters I've seen in fiction was in a fantasy setting. And in an animu no less.

The anime was Sorcerous Stabber Orphen, mostly known simply as Orphen here in the states. It had one really good animu series, a lackluster second season, and one absolutely miserable PS2 game. But the centerpiece of this (and probably one of the only ways I've seen such a character done well, hence my bringing it up) is a character named Stephanie.

The protagonist, Orphen (a sorcerer), and his companions (his apprentice and some rich girl mostly tagging along to keep an eye on her investment) wind up going back to a town the main character spent a lot of time in growing up. The rich girl has been developing feelings for the main character, but he's kind of a prick and hard to approach. At the town, he has to find out some more information and winds up consulting Stephanie, who is apparently an old friend of his, dating back to when both were kids. To all appearances, Stephanie is the perfect woman - intelligent, beautiful, and knows Orphen quite well. She's also shameless about flirting with him, which pisses said aforementioned rich girl off. Orphen explains that Stephanie lost her magical abilities after an accident almost killed her, and doesn't really give any other data about it, and all the while Stephanie seems to be actively trying to piss the rich girl off by always being one step ahead of her as far as getting Orphen's attention goes.

Much later on, it's revealed that Stephanie was an unwitting pawn in a trap to kill Orphen, and after everything else is said and done, Orphen fills in the gaps in Stephanie's story from earlier: Stephanie was once Stephan, and practically Orphen's brother growing up. While recovering from the injuries that nearly killed him, Stephan realized he was going to lose his magical abilities anyway, so decided to make one other change while he was at it. Orphen doesn't give a shit; Stephanie is still his best friend and there's no actual sexual tension between the two, it's just both of the being assholes, and fucking with the rich girl solely for the sake of fucking with her. It's revealed in that same episode that Stephanie has a boyfriend with the town watch, and marries him in the final episode of season 1.

Completely different than how most transtrender shit treats the subject, no?

Harsh! But accurate.

And then, in January of 2016,
2015 actually

The nightmare corpse-estate of Ho'lyeh'day, was built in measureless eons behind history by the vast, loathsome shapes that seeped down from the dark stars. There lay great Wuthulhu and its hordes, hidden in brown, dusty vaults until the end...

This Thing cannot be described - there is no language for such abysms of shrieking and immemorial lunacy, such eldritch contradictions of reason, self-awareness, and human decency. A creature neither man nor woman, constantly invoking the name of its adversary, the living yet unreal idea known as: G'Ayee'Mar'Gat.

IÄ! IÄ! Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Wuthulhu Ho'lyeh'day wgah'nagl tweetagn.

IÄ! IÄ! Wuthulhu tweetagn! "

I guess those people just have blinders on, they are probably in the same mindset as those guys who buy esoteric bullshit. And I mean the real bullshit, like some indoor fountain that costs a few hundred bucks and allegedly re-aligns otherwise harmful terrestrial rays. These are people who don't really want to improve their life or the life of others, but who want the comfort of the illusion that they did.

Where are the 5000 tweets about dallas? The hell is going on, is Wu learning?
She's staying really quiet about it. But she did just link to an article on Vice about the use of a robot to kill the bad guy.

Because ending the confrontation the safest way possible is worse than more cops putting their lives in jeopardy, for some reason.

The tweet about the bomb robot is just bullshit. They couldn't attempt to take the guy alive, and any attempt to try would have gotten more of them killed or wounded, and the suspect was clearly not going to let himself be taken alive. Worse, even if they TRIED to get the bomb outside, it wouldn't be in a contained area and could have done more damage to innocent people since the shrapnel of the bomb would've flown farther.

The only way they could disarm the bomb and prevent more innocent deaths was to make sure the bomb didn't explode in their face outside the building.

And if that meant the maniac who wanted to use the damn thing died of it, it was the least crappy option they had.
