Western Animation - Discuss American, Canadian, and European cartoons here (or just bitch about wokeshit, I guess)

NO WAY. that's the same Mouse and the Motorcycle movie I watched in school! Never thought I'd ever see that damn film again! Thanks!

I have a cross post from the tranny sideshows thread

Cartoon Network is celebrating "Trans Day Of Visibility" by educating the little people about pronoun use, granted its twitter but people for cartoons not being educated about tranny issues.

This is old. They did this 3 years ago and to recycle this shit now means they were blindsided by the tranny day news and didn't want to seem "bigoted" by missing out on clout. Even if it meant reusing old media with characters from shows not airing anymore. Dance monkeys dance.

Micheal Berlyn, Creator of the video game character Bubsy died.
He created something famously infamous and took it like a champ (i think. For all I know he sperged out but I never went that deep down the bubsy bobcat hole). rip in peace dude.

Why the fuck is there a "Trans Day of Visibility" when that's every other day of the year too. Why can't we have just ONE fucking day of Trans INvisibility?

I remember having this DVD which mostly featured his Curious George shorts.

But it also contained the Frog and Toad shorts, Mouse Soup, and Morris Gets a Cold.

I remember being freaked out the first time i ever watched his stuff, but watching it now, i can really appreciate the effort that was being put into these.

I'm gonna be completely honest, with no bullshit and no hyperbole, this is one of the many instances I've groaned in sheer cringe the loudest. Yet, CN is proud that they're alienating and losing many audiences faster than ever. The day CN finally goes off the air is the day I celebrate for its absolute horrifying embarrassment the PR marketing keeps on doing since almost the entire decade, and this goes double with most companies these days.

Fuck me running tonight!

Ok, with my spergout over and done with, time for some positivity, which was from your same post. I remember watching some Curious George tapes at age 6. Good times.

This was the Curious George I used to see 40 years ago...

I wonder why they always use Stevonie instead of just Steven and Connie separately, as in context, it's two characters fused together, which would defeat the point of them using pronouns for the "Heckin Valid Respect" and not the "It's two people merged into one" way that would make more sense.
