800lbs isn't all that hard depending where it's positioned and style of the machine. I found at least for me if it's up front I can do 10 reps pretty easily, then I just have to position my feet correctly and have a good angle for my back. I Started off with 500 when I started going back to the gym which should be your average amount unless you're not active at all then go down to 300. I don't see any benefit going past that. I still have a good workout going with 500 as I did with 800. I just can do more reps with 500lbs in one go though instead taking a break after every ten.

I don't know what it is. But I can't see any way to ignore this record, when assessing his disability situation. Based only on his public statements and my medical training (sex ed health class taught by my grade 10 gym teacher), his problems are (at most) the exaggerated symptoms of being a lazy fat turd.
