I wonder if Armzy has ever gotten into a physical altercation with anyone in the outside world or is it a Chris Chan situation where she'll shrink back after saying something worthy of getting her ass kicked?
Most people like her would do well to have someone hand her ass to her to prove that if she said or did any of these things publically would earn her a punch in the face compared to hiding behind a screen.

I've usually followed Boogie, Spoony, and Marz over the years for lolcows. They all blow their money on shit and alienated most of their fans. It's insane that Boogie's done the best of that group by quite a lot.

- Marz didn't you also try to sue Yellowflash for defamation? You lucked out it didn't go far and you go to keep the ebegged lawsuit money. And you lucked out by not losing it and owing court costs yourself.
- 'Some of us could use the court fees he'll owe'.. Do you mean yourself in that or is that poorly worded. I'm pretty sure Vic doesn't even know who Marz is, right?

It's stupid if she's being serious and stupid if she's joking. If she's serious, then c'mon you aren't going to profit beating a lawsuit unless you counter-sue and win. And if she's joking, this shit is too hypocritical and close to home for her to be very amusing.

Basically, Vic sued coworkers and employer to restore his reputation but his lawyer fucked up at crucial points and every appeal went to shit. Despite some early speculation, Vic won’t sue for legal malpractice. Probably because as said many times, Vic is probably too nice for the industry he’s in.

There’s your summary.

1. Yes Marzgurl tried to sue. And apparently she didn’t pick up an area code was a Marvel Comics reference.

2. I’m assuming poorly worded and any money would go to the defendants. KV is hoping that it’ll lead to Vic being financially ruined.
