There's a post somewhere upthread (can't find it with a quick search) from an eyewitness about Armz being a sperg at a Ultraman or whatever booth at Anime Expo (or some similar con). Someone at the booth asked her to tone it down, so shrunk into the corner and later skulked off, leaving her manlet behind. She is 100% a coward irl.

The only advantage she has is all that leverage from them gorilla arms, but there's no muscle underneath the flab.

The only fight she's ever been in is trying to fit into a xxxxl shirt. She's the type of person who would run away from any physical altercation then spend the next decade stalking the person writing anonymous emails to their place of employment trying to ruin their life. She's a loser coward who hates her life & gets some twisted sense of accomplishment by ruining other people.

I've usually followed Boogie, Spoony, and Marz over the years for lolcows. They all blow their money on shit and alienated most of their fans. It's insane that Boogie's done the best of that group by quite a lot.

Marz never had any potential though, the weeb crowd is too niche and she's just mean and nasty.

If anyone knows more details that can sum up this Vic lawsuit stuff quick, please do. Two observations:
- Marz didn't you also try to sue Yellowflash for defamation? You lucked out it didn't go far and you go to keep the ebegged lawsuit money. And you lucked out by not losing it and owing court costs yourself.
- 'Some of us could use the court fees he'll owe'.. Do you mean yourself in that or is that poorly worded. I'm pretty sure Vic doesn't even know who Marz is, right?

ETA I just can't believe she spends her time doing this. I hope she's just goofing around but once again she never has any awareness and might actually be trying to clout chase by trolling Vic? IIRC correctly and this is all that 1 Vic lawsuit from awhile back, wasn't she pretty much shaking in her boots about even potentially getting sued?

It's stupid if she's being serious and stupid if she's joking. If she's serious, then c'mon you aren't going to profit beating a lawsuit unless you counter-sue and win. And if she's joking, this shit is too hypocritical and close to home for her to be very amusing.

Basically, Vic sued coworkers and employer to restore his reputation but his lawyer fucked up at crucial points and every appeal went to shit. Despite some early speculation, Vic won’t sue for legal malpractice. Probably because as said many times, Vic is probably too nice for the industry he’s in.

There’s your summary.

1. Yes Marzgurl tried to sue. And apparently she didn’t pick up an area code was a Marvel Comics reference.

2. I’m assuming poorly worded and any money would go to the defendants. KV is hoping that it’ll lead to Vic being financially ruined.
