"I AM COMING TO FUCK YOUR ASS SCHNEIDER"
Wait... I just watched this whole thing. At 2:05, Rekieta says he is going to file an ethics complaint against Schneider because he "lied to multiple people, including one of my moderators"?

....Does this actually mean he's intending to file an ethics complaint against Schneider because of what Spectre said Schneider told him?

Do I have a head injury or something? :story:

It's got to be Spectre, right? There can't be another orbiter who called up Schneider, could there?

His Friday streams and Locals cope sessions are a gold mine for alogs.. I don't even know what to say.
Well, you could say there's now a possibility that the shorts Drexel found at the Rekieta's actually belonged to Nick instead of Drexel's daughter.

At least Mr. Vickers shows up to his snoozefests.
Well, Matt's more than a little obsessed with Ralph, if you haven't noticed.

So much so that he routinely fucks shit up. I kinda wish the roles were reversed, and Rekieta actually showed up to talk to Null and Matt just fucked off.

Pretty sure it is, yeah

What's absurd to me is filing any legal document based on the word of Spectre. Like... is he stupid? I hope for his sake Nick is just posturing and trying to get under Schneider's skin. There seems little practical reason for any of this given the overall weakness of Monty's case.

Case in point, Spectre was attacking Laura Loomer last week (gotta tweet at the big names!) while once again claiming he was something he's not when in the Marines.

(NOTE: In the USMC, a Lance Corporal is neither a petty officer, NCO, warrant, or commissioned officer).

Like I said earlier, if Spectre were ever questioned under oath, and his credibility were seriously called into question in the right forum, shit could get hilarious. I think the Boston Marathon bombing claim with the "shirt belt" tourniquet is still my favorite of all his whoppers.

Every pecker checker I had in the fleet was an O-3 and a fighter pilot. SACC would only assign pecker checker duties to officers because they don't trust enlisted to not facilitate cheating. By the time you picked up major, they stopped making you do it. 9/10 they stand behind you and don't stare at your dick while you piss. The ones that stare raise questions but that was back during the don't ask don't tell days. Also, working in the substance abuse counseling center wasn't a career, but a collateral duty. For ours, the OIC was a pilot and the SNCOIC was a Staff Sergeant from avionics. That's like saying I was a professional hall monitor and not an airframe mechanic because I had to stand firewatch sometimes.

Nick is clearly desperate to get back at Monty and Schneider. There was talk of filing a motion for sanctions but that never came, so my speculation is either he managed to guess that such a motion would end up throwing good money after bad, or maybe the judge told them at the most recent hearing it's not going to fly. Who knows.

On the other hand, he can file an ethics complaint against Schneider himself. Now why on earth he would use hearsay from Spectre as the linchpin of his ethics complaint is beyond me.

This lolsuit is rapidly reaching a level of ridiculousness that shouldn't be allowed.

There seems little practical reason for any of this given the overall weakness of Monty's case.
I don't know. Nick seems to be on a mission to make Monty's case as strong as possible.

Remember when Nick spiked the football when Schneider wrote that he was known for hyperbole and comedy? In this most recent video he claims that Monty "admitted to everything I've said on camera". Looks like the door has been slammed shut on the "hyperbole" defense. Oops?

It's insane. I hope when Nick told Rumble that he'd do exclusive Locals streams multiple times a week he made clear that he'd be streaming himself stuffing noodles into his mouth at 3 or 4 in the morning while ranting about how rich he is or how much he hates his thread.

Does anyone know how many live viewers this shit gets? It can't be that much at that time of night. I doubt Europeans would really want to watch a drunk idiot stuffing his face as they get up in the morning either.
When I go back to recap the streams a few hours after they end, the number of 'views' shown on the streams are in the 60 - 85-ish range. No idea if this is post-ending viewer numbers that LOCALS inflates like Rumble, or the total viewer count that is accurate.

Checking now, I would not trust the numbers because Crowder traffic has all kinds of glitches with viewer numbers on videos, streams, and live chats all fucked.

God, please give us this timeline...

...
It's funny to me that he was all for KF yucking it up with him over the degens in KickVic, but as soon as people here yuck it up over the Balldo and Hedonism II his opinion dramatically changes.

I don't think the Farms has changed any between then and now. I'm pretty sure what happened is he unmasked his true self, and the Farms is just applying maximum consistency when it comes to a person's behavior. Something something, true cows don't understand they're acting cowish.
The Church of Balldology does not allow the Pope to be goofed on, that's heresy, Swingers 5:19 dontcha know. :smug:

Imagine being the target of multiple ethics complaints, all absolutely ludicrous, that made the filers of such complaints look like absolute retards, and then deciding, YEAH, I'LL DO THAT, despite being a person actually under the jurisdiction of that very body.

This is Ethan Ralph accusing Mundane Matt of being a flaggot and then turning into a flaggot himself.

Nick, you are a cowardly pussy. This is some serious "Imma tell my mom on you" pussy bullshit.

Grow a pair. You won't be able to fill your Balldo otherwise, Balldo man.

If you listen to what Nick says and then compare it to what Spectre was saying, it seems certain.

Nick directly said the "never follow the rules" part.

Its hard to believe that Nick is now crazy enough to trust spectre and to use spectre as a witness in an official ethics complaint. In spite of what happened in in the meeting with Nick's lawyer, Nick really seems to still believe in Spectre. That is just brain damage.

The thing about bringing in spectre in a complaint is that he can be questioned by the other side. Especially in terms of why he contacted Schneider and what involvement Nick had in that contact and what information Spectre was passing on to Nick. Asking Spectre any questions would be seriously bad for Nick because Spectre could say anything.

I doubt the sam toucan of (b)latent homosexuality believes or trusts spectree, he has just become desperate over his case because some aspect of it is clearly going horribly wrong behind the scenes. It could well be the "joke" ethics complaints. One of the open ones is about his conduct bringing the profession into disrepute which I thought was nonsense when I heard it but he is doing the complaining party's job for them with how he acts and speaks.
On top of which any legit body or regulator he has to answer to will immediately trigger Nutjob Nick since he has some serious daddy issues and can't accept authority. Spoiled little rich dweeb.
Keep whining, Rekieta, it just keeps getting funnier!

Well, Spectre CLAIMS he is or was (it changes depending on the weather) an O-3 and adjutant officer. He even went as far as to say he goes to the Pentagon and can report people to General Mattis. The whole "06" thing even comes from what he claims was his callsign in the Marines. The whole thing is hilarious, but really not that uncommon when you look at other people peddling absurd stolen valor stories.

His problem is DoD records say he was an E-3, he was discharged in 2009, and he drove a truck. Spectre has no answer for this other than "I know what I did!" or "I have another DD-214 nobody has seen!" When his one and only DD-214 on file was posted here, he bolted from the Farms. I think it's a lot like Keffals self-identifying as a woman, and hoping everybody just goes along with it. Except I know of NOBODY who promotes "transrankism" the same way people promote gender self-identification.

Point is, there's a definite "in" for Schneider to savagely attack Spectre's credibility. Among many other stupid lies Spectre has told over the years. I don't know much about Schneider, but I think his credibility would have to be pretty bad to be below that of Spectre's.

Being charitable for just a moment, it might be one thing if Spectre has written correspondence with Schneider. Or an audio recording (that may or may not be admissible depending on the prevailing audio recording consent laws). Something. However, if this is just based upon the unverifiable testimony of a guy who can't go more than 20 minutes without lying and attention whoring, this can easily end up be the dumbest thing that has happened in this case yet. Potentially pretty funny too.

On the other hand, he can file an ethics complaint against Schneider himself. Now why on earth he would use hearsay from Spectre as the linchpin of his ethics complaint is beyond me.
Alcohol? Drugs? Lack of blood flow to the brain via excessive cooming?

Like I say, part of me thinks he might just be shit talking. He's done that before. I remember when the Vic thing was going on, he threatened to sue one or two people in KickVic for defamation if they didn't retract certain statements on Twitter. They didn't, and he didn't.

But who knows. I guess we'll see. He might have actually lost enough brain cells to pull the trigger on such idiocy.

EDIT: Typo.

I think this got taken out of Elissa’s video. Nick says:

-Montegraph has been called a pedophile for over a decade by many people.

-Monty has lost a lawsuit in which he sued for defamation when someone called him a pedophile.

-The reason Monty lost that lawsuit was because “EVERYBODY THINKS MONTEGRAPH IS A PEDOPHILE!!!”

But that isn’t true. Montegraph was representing himself, botched it, & the case was dismissed. There is more info in the Montegraph thread OP, but here is the reason according to Null.

The pleading was unspecific, Quest failed to state his claim, and the servicing was defective.

From the Elissa video regarding the claim that Schneider was mad about Nick wearing shorts:

-Nick says he didn’t see Schneider that day, only his “assistant or whatever”, later called Schneider’s “clerk”. The person’s specific title aside, how could Schneider opine that a shorts clad Nick “doesn’t look like a real lawyer” if, according to Nick himself, Schneider never saw him? Why would Nick wearing shorts even make Schneider “so mad”?

-So the assistant told Schneider who then told an unmentioned third party who then told Nick? Or…? How did Nick learn this unlikely information? Unless it came from Schneider himself how does he know it is correct?

-About the day with the shorts, Nick said “I walked into his office once. I was representing a client against him. Only one time!” … “I think I was just dropping, I think, if I remember right, I was serving him, a response to interrogatories.”

-Then Nick says the only reason he walked into Schneider’s office wearing shorts was to have the clerk sign acceptance of his interrogatories. (Nick’s own in the Monty suit)

-Which is it? Was he in Schneider’s office on behalf of a client or for himself? (And it has been a good long while since Nick has had “a client”)

-He said it was “summertime”. The Montegraph lawsuit is from Dec. 2022. It would not have been summertime if he was there to drop off anything for himself in the Monty case.

Maybe Scheider was pissed his secretary had to see Nicks balls hanging out of his 5" shorts.

also, what would nick do with the Give Send Go grift that he lurched out of his followers... if he's going after fees now? Maybe invest in another vacation?

My guess is that it's how much money this whole business is costing him. He claimed it was getting up to six figures, and while I don't believe him, it can't be long before it gets there.

He'd assumed that if the pain ever began to bite, he could just do an online begging campaign, but stupid though his locals simps might be, the rest of the world isn't that dumb. The general consensus is 'this is a rich trust fund kid who bragged about earning a million bucks last year and blew over $200k on two new cars? And this asshole wants ME to send him money?'

And then he's also assured his audience that he's NEVER going to settle. He's going to fight this thing to the bitter end. So he can't change course without looking like a moron and a hypocrite in his own eyes. Consequently, he sees Schneider as the guy that's costing him hundreds of thousands of dollars. Which is ridiculous, of course. You don't want somebody to sue you for defamation? Don't fucking defame people. You don't want to spend hundreds of thousands defending a defamation law suit? Then fucking apologize when that first lawyers letter lands on your doormat.

Personally, I like Schneider. I'm heartened by the fact that there are lawyers out there who are happy to stick up for the rights of a poor, half-witted moron like Monty against a rich, trust fund asshole like Rekieta on a pro bono basis. There's a real Don Quixote aspect to the guy. Monty might not get much in damages, Schneider might not cover his costs, but by God he's gonna take that case and fight it as hard as he can.

I want to see the pair of them rinse Balldo Boy for the whole of his net worth.

Nick writing his own gay fan fiction in real time lmao. Maybe Schneider can join you and Kayla on your next trip to swinger island. What a fag.
The faggot couldn't go ten minutes without talking about somebody's ass getting penetrated by the fattest nigger dick. some chatter called him a corpo cuck and he immediately went into a tangent about porn and politicians jerking off.

This was touched on earlier in the thread when Balldo initiated the GSG. He said if he won fees he would invest the money back into the show or a live event. In the scenario of the live event, since he charges entry fees to cover the costs, you’re correct the grift send go covers his travel and associated costs - a vacation. Although he’d probably be pissed and seethe because he couldn’t use it to fly to Hedo II again for cuck week. Otherwise “investing in the show” probably means buying more booze for him to pickle his brain with on camera.

Edit: lack of spelling skills

Wait, so he thinks that Hawley wants to ban porn because he can't stop masturbating. Isn't Nick the one that can't stop talking about cooming, and how much he enjoys it? That he encouraged lewd posting in Locals because he likes being horny? Not sure that is the right angle of attack there Rackets.
