Those front chompers are insane! He seems to maybe only brush his two beaver chompers, the rest be damned.

It looks like he has two teeth that were prepared for crowns but never applied, or possibly the crowns fell off.

Perhaps these crowns would have gotten repaired if the homeless dental clinic nurses didn't suggest the fat slob lay off the cheeseburgers a tad?

^ A quick search for reference how a crown works, the real tooth is rounded for a good clean surface to cement the porcelain top. That's why those two are considerably smaller than other teeth. The fact they are now getting pointed is a result of tooth rot, probably from a >4000 daily calorie diet of mountain dew and burgers.
