Ukrainian Defensive War against the Russian Invasion - Mark IV: The Partitioning of Discussion

With a name like Tatarsky was he even really Russian? lol I know it's a nom de plume but why choose one that would lend to the impression he's some Turkic descendant of the Golden Horde instead of a true and honest Rooski
That's his pseudonym.
Tatarsky, whose real name was Maxim Fomin, had more than 560,000 followers on Telegram and was one of the most prominent of the influential military bloggers who have championed Russia's war effort in Ukraine while often criticising the failures of the army top brass.
"We'll defeat everyone, we'll kill everyone, we'll rob everyone we need to. Everything will be as we like it," he was shown saying in a video clip last September at a Kremlin ceremony where President Vladimir Putin claimed four occupied regions of Ukraine as Russian territory.

Attacking enemy propagandists is a good tactic. I never understood why so little attention is given to them. Once you crossed the line of demanding invasions, colonization, ethnic purges, deportations and mass killings of some perceived enemy, don't be surprised is somebody belonging to the group you've threatened like 500 times in front of hundreds of thousands of viewers will just go full MATI on your ass and blow you up.
As our beloved shitlibs like to say, words DO have consequences.
tl;dr - they are civies and you don't want to create martyrs the old adage of "when you cut out a man's tongue you are not calling him a liar you are only saying you fear what he has to say".

Killing guys like this blogger is all part of the psychological side of warfare.

Shows that no one is safe anywhere and vocal supporters are fair game.
Honestly I think this is russie glow op. He has been shit-talking Russian high command and probably ignored calls to stop.
They can't kill Wagnigger, but they start having his friends drop off.

I know we're headed off topic with China, but anyone else get the feeling slavaboo vatnik wannabes will switch to sucking Chinese dicks once it is apparent the Russian Federation will never get its own head out of its ass in our lifetime?
Switch?

Doing it in a city in like St. Petersburg is sending a message/flexing too, regardless of if it was done by the Ukes or some dissident Russians. I think either is likely at this point.

I get the principle, but I think it cannot be applied while your apartment buildings were hit with missiles. The tongue can be a much more dangerous weapon than the gun. These propagandists are far more perilous for Ukraine compared to the mobiks on the frontline. If their will is broken and their tongues cut, nobody will want to risk life and limb in Donbas. Just IMO.

Propaganda guys are replecable. From time to time is good to blow one or two just to be sure that enemy knows no one is safe, but as a regular pratice - it would be a waste of time and resources.

Sometimes it bothers me that I share nationality with these mongs. But I've learned not to stress it about much, realizing we're humans first and what defines us more than anything is our beliefs and actions rather than a stamp in the passport.
Yes and no. I will definetly not live in country run by idiots, because their actions will in some moment have impact on my life. That was one thing why my familly never returned to Bosnia and rather stay in Germoney.

If a family will not choose to sit in a ghetto in one or two generations they will be fully integrated in'new country'. Brutal but real, sometimes it isn't worth to try and fix own homeland.

They had two levels of being a ruzzkie.

First one - ethnic, so you, well, are ethnic ruzzkie.

Second one - politic. You can be whatever you want by ethnicity (ok, not everyone, but at least some minorities in ruzzia will count) but if you are a true&honest supporter of ruzzia as a state you are political ruzzkie.

This point of view isn't uncommon in slavic and similiar to slavic countries/nations. It was a not-so-small number of ethnic Serbs that supported independence of Bosnia and Herzegownia... which means they was actively fighting own 'brothers' in bosnian war against secession of Republika Srpska.

Slavs, similar to Chinka and africans have their own, special way to see nationality, ethnicity, language and state, way other than this affairs are handled in US or other 'old white nations'. For example, Montenegro is trying to separate their language from serbian for several years - they figured few signs and minor diferences in words just to show how much they have own language (i my opinion differences are way smaller than between american english and british english). In the other hands, Poles are just refusing to admit that such nation as silesians exists. They never ever admitted that silesian language is separate from polish language - and yes, they are highly separate, with different words, grammas and alphabet (so the level of difference is like between boer and dutch).

They've been keeping China in their back pocket as the fallback Based Nation for a while. The Yellow Dawn episode of Murdoch, Murdoch is instructive.
It still boggles my mind that all of these "dissident right" types can support the most powerful communist party on the planet. Even the vatniggers worship the tiny cock of a former KGB colonel. The only good commie is a dead commie.

this only works when they are ethnically close enough to the new countrys native population to not stand out
going with your example, the bosnian family can fit in with the locals in most other euro countries because they are both white europeans
but if you try the same with nignogs, or indians, or chinamen, it will not work, because even after hundreds of years they will still always stand out as very obvious foreigners

I doubt they're happy about this horrific terrorist war crime against humanity
I don't think it's good on the other hand this guy was like a Pravda or Der Stürmer writer in the 1930's and 1940's, so fuck him.

I mean, I don't think it's impossible; this has become a war of relative attrition rates, and Russia still has more men to throw at the problem, plus there's always political uncertainty regarding how much support can be provided to keep Ukraine afloat. But the things that Russia could do to improve their situation seem to largely be things that the relevant people are dispositionally ill-suited to implement, like unified strategies rather than competing fiefdoms, command structures based on demonstrated competency rather than political support, etc.
The over efficient withdrawal by Surovikin from Kherson city over a body of water with Ukrainian forces following close behind probably was a black mark for Putin. Overlapping agencies, and military formations are good dictator SOP and the trait of those who advance in that world is to be seen as loyal. Efficiency in deal with rivals is good, but an excessively efficient performance as a commander meant Surovikin was due for replacement. Gerasimov made a mess of the opening days if the war, but is loyal.

Surovikin was a potential threat to Shoigu and Gerasimov. He had a reputation, even a nickname. He could have become a symbol for anti-Shoigu/Gerasimovites

So they deliberately put him in a situation where he had to make decisions that were militarily correct but politically unpalatable. Then they replaced him when they'd accomplished their objective of destroying any usefulness he might have had to their opposition. He was the fall guy for the idiots who got Russia in an untenable position north of the Dnieper in the first place, idiots who were of the Shoigu/Gerasimov faction, so they couldn't take the blame oh no. Send in General Armageddon, set him up to "fail," then replace him. Message delivered loud and clear to anyone in the military or the civilian side of the Kremlin who might want to undermine and supplant them

Observe the hominid Vatnikus Niggerus in its native habitat, Telegram. Usually territorial and prone to random acts of violence, when specifically targeted it engages in chest puffery and displays usually associated with the Chimpanzee. The Vatnikus will shriek and scream loudly to alert other members of its troop to potential danger.
