I was thinking that it sounded like something from “Hook,” then I remembered that “Hook” is his favorite movie. He thinks the war in Ukraine could be like the food fight scene or the humorous lost boys vs. pirates grand finale. He possibly imagines himself as the fat kid who rolls himself up into a ball in order to bowl down fascists pirates.

He despises Elon but loves his Twitter account more than anything else in his life. If asked why he can’t leave even though he hates Elon so much, he’d cite marketing reach (he has no book contract and no other product to market) and the importance of his activism, which is laughable on its face: He tweets to an echo chamber 99% of the time, occasionally responds to an “enemy” to try to go viral, then blocks more people when that fails or he receives pushback. When he goes even semi-viral, it’s even odds for whether he’s being mocked or humored. When he goes truly viral, it’s because his stupidity was noticed broadly.

Adding, more than 75% of his replies are from protestors. He hides that engagement but can barely keep himself from replying to protestors for a week at a time; recently he’s been replying then dirty deleting. No self-control, no self-respect.

Despite all that, he can’t walk away. If only he wasn’t so fat, if only his brother hadn’t been so much better than him in all things, if only he hadn’t thrown away his daughter, if only he’d cracked 2.0 in high school, if only Nikki liked penises….we’ll never know what may have made the difference for this heavily overweight, stupid man.
