I looked her up and saw when she was last prescribed a controlled substance (It was on December of 2022). I’m going to keep checking from time to time to see if any new prescriptions are filled.

As far as I am aware, no one can tell I looked it up; I checked a few weeks ago (so if she did get something filled more recently, I don’t know about it… yet) and I can’t explain more about how I looked without giving too much information, but no one can access what I can access without me specifically giving them the information they need… or they rob me and take my devices.

Every touch in the PDMP is auditable. HIPAA provides for need to know use, I would whip up some research or training real quick as a CYA.
