To his credit Russ only goes after adults. If anything Russ would try and make human trafficking for sex work legal. I can see him working a scheme where he pays for foreign women come to the US to work in his brothel for a certain number of years. Of course they would also be Russes personal harem.

He hits on a lot of college cheerleaders but they are 20 or 21.
He hasn't been commenting on any thots I can find.
A lot of the new ones he added after his re edit of his list aren't letting comments on photos due to so much spam or their instragram is just tiktok videos with links to other sites.
There are a lot of NFL cheerleaders he tagged in pics and posted on that have posted a lot of pics but zilch from him.
 
As much as I would love to see Russ DMing random thots something like "So what if I'm on that fake sex offender registry that the fake judge put me on, you clearly hate me because I'm disabled.", he's shown no sign of going after underage girls so far.

He probably was told by some lackey at they would look into whether he had a discrimination case, and thus he assumed it was a done deal.

I've also never heard of a State Attorney's office taking on an individual as a client like a private law firm would, other than maybe in the case of public defenders. I always thought they represented the interests of the State.

public defenders are for defendants in criminal cases who cant afford a real attorney, they don't do random civil suits for you

That's what I thought. And IANAL, but I also (think) I understand that even when the State presses criminal charges against a defendant, the State is the plaintiff because a law has been broken. They are not actually representing the victims, at least not directly.

...right?
