Dear Lord,

On this beautiful Easter day, we come before you with grateful hearts, humbled by your love and grace. We thank you for the many gifts you have bestowed upon us today

We thank you for the gift of life, and for handling the Jewish menace known as "Ethan Klein"

they legitimately use dirt cheap chinese slave labor. It's documented in the thread. They resell cheap merch at a 4000% markup.
Along with that the designs are fucking stolen! and he has the nerve to call out people for stealing "patterns"

Considering he owns a multi-million dollar mansion in LA, yes he is. He embodies every trait of the greasy Hollywood jew you can think of, he just hasn't fucked children yet.
That we know of.

You mean, except that one time at Justin Roiland's house...

rememba-tha-time.jpeg[A]

He's wealthy but not L.A wealthy. He lives in a multi million dollar house in Bel Air and if i had to guess probably has a couple of million in expendable cash (maybe). Being a millionaire in L.A doesn't really mean much, unless you have $40m+ you aren't going to be living like a king, you will however be pretty comfortable. And this fat fuck is constantly bleeding viewers and getting himself into trouble. He will probably end up selling the house and moving somewhere more affordable in the 5-6 years if things carry on like they are, Hila will probably leave him and take the kids too.

Then we can have the kino that will be Ethan Klein streaming Elden Ring in his East L.A studio apartment whilst shoveling pizza down his fat gullet.
Any chance we will get to see Ethan go full Lowtax or is that a bit too far?

I wondered if some of the shit he says like bombing an NRA rally was him being retarded or baiting drama but this has convinced me that the former is the case. MCMs have gained a reputation for being shitty yet he signed a contract with one and somehow didn't notice that they would take 620k.

Also I was looking at some older posts in the thread and was shocked to see how he used to look. This has probably been brought up a million times but holy shit.

He actually looks like a human instead of an obese clown.
Ethan did use to be a human and a pretty funny one till he moved to LA and completely got indoctrinated. Part of the reason H3H3 is popular is because the content was good during a period of time. There was a pivotal moment on YouTube where all the “influencers” went ultra liberal and Ethan ultimately bent the knee and moved to LA. The interesting part is where you start to see him go hyper liberal and the split of his audience. And that’s because his tweets were gaining some of the most traction during that time on Twitter. It’s like the dopamine he got from making some tweets sent him into a spiral where he actually started to believe the woke Nonsense he was spewing. Then you take into account H3H3 started doing their podcast right before everyone and their mom Started doing one (very lucky for them) and he ended up walking into a cake job where he can basically huff his own farts and get paid tons for it. Ethan is literally the result of having nothing but yes man around you and no one to tell you when you’re going off the deep end like dressing up a drag queen for multiple shows, cheating on your wife with a fat cow (Trisha) and talking about bombing nra conventions. His audience seems like a very niche set of rich pay pigs in the tech industry who enjoy their podcasts at this point. Hila is an ugly ghoul but she was still miles out of Ethan’s league even when he wasn’t a daily pizza eating slob.

I want nothing more in this life than to see hasan and h3h3 get robbed by a pack of niggers (the people they love so much). Hopefully they blame socio economic factors after. Please God!
I'm sure those mansion dwelling e-commies wiill welcome disenfranchised members of the African American community in the name of social equity.

Do you really think either of them allow unvetted darkies within a thousand yards of them?

Though I would find it hilarious if he just shows up on stream one day with a fucked up Ralph looking face and crying about his purse and hat being stolen and then fed posts about them which gets him banned for life.

Disagree but still love you. A clothing company like Hila's is probably not cheap to run - they do multiple small "drops" every month, often with quite elaborate custom fabrications (in the sense they are getting custom buttons and hardware made, often getting factories to make jacquard fabric on looms/intarsia fabrics on knitting machines over the cheaper printed fabrics). They're also dipping their toes in small volumes of jewellery and bags, which usually wouldn't have the same suppliers, plus they're using a surprising amount of 100% natural fibres - but the retail price isn't ludicrously obscene.

Well it is, because their clothes are often ugly, but I would suspect that expenses are high since they don't get favourable deals with suppliers due to low volumes and so their profit margins are likely fairly modest (without even considering licensing fees for their brand collabs). So putting aside they're completely reliant on direct to consumer sales (they parted ways with Zumiez in 2020 haven't joined with anyone else since) I could imagine that the company wouldn’t have loads of money laying around.

I don't have any insight into TeddyFresh's finances but it could be the case they were intending on taking a loan of $600k from ShittyPocastingCorp LLC to pay off some proforma invoices for the next hot drop...
Adding onto your point about the finances of Teddy Fresh; in a strange admission Ethan recently stated during a guest interview segment on his podcast a few weeks ago that Teddy Fresh's last operating quarter was in the red. He blamed this on a few factors, one of which being that they had to delay some upcoming designs in order to meet their QC standards, the second was that he thinks that their profit margins are too thin and they don't make enough money off of the clothing they sell. He stated that for the quality of clothing you're receiving, somehow it's actually a good deal to buy Teddy Fresh. He also said that they have somewhere in the ballpark of 50 employees working there, which seems insane to me given how shitty, childish and basic most of their designs are. I've been following Ethan for years and not a single piece of clothing I've seen from them has made me feel anything but, at best, apathy.

Now, I understand that good clothing is often expensive just for the sake of the quality and expected longevity of the materials, the care that goes into the specific cuts, how it was dyed, etc. I'm absolutely not advocating for only buying cheap shitty clothing from Wal-Mart or whatever, a good hoodie is a good hoodie and will probably be worth some money. But this shit? Are you seriously telling me that this literal MADE IN CHINA 100% COTTON COLOR VOMIT hoodie is worth almost $100?? It's four random colors thrown together in a swirl and made of fucking cotton. Cotton is CHEAP. At least it's 430gsm cotton but still; you can get products created from the same kind of cotton with the same cut, made in the United States or Canada, for cheaper. Much cheaper in some cases.

Imagine being an “ eat the rich” leftist while also being so personally wealthy that you can lose 600K without even noticing it at the time it happens. Even 10K would be a life changing amount for most working class Americans but this fat Jew still has the gall to pretend he’s on their side.
The worst are their gay fans: I've even seen comments on faggit where people make excuses for their lefty heroes, because "it's so understandable, it got stolen since December 2020, not all at once!" THAT'S STILL 200k PER YEAR

I really melts my brain that these morons are making so much money that they don't notice $620k (30%) missing off of their membership fees. Just a drop in the bucket I guess. Was their accountant in on the scam? How is that even possible?

It's also funny how companies like these MCNs get to exist and just take 30% for doing nothing, except transferring money to Ethan because he's too lazy to make a US-based Google AdSense account.

Whole story exemplifies clown world we live in.

I'm completely unsurprised that they were taking factory blanks and slapping a label on it (and I'm aware of the stolen designs) but I'm talking more about things like this (trigger warning: ugly clothes):
TF22SW27-CRAZY-TECHNIQUE-KNIT-CARDIGAN-FRONT_767x.jpg
This is jacquard jumper. Jacquard has the designs woven into the fabric on a big mechanical loom like this:
GlitchTextilesProcess-IMG_0745.jpg
Then you've got stuff like this
TF22SW18-TEDDY-SKULL-AND-CROSSBONES-SWEATER-STRIPED-FRONT_767x.jpg
which is intarsia, and the design is knitted into the fabric using a knitting machine like this
Antares-E3-544x408-boxed.jpg
(You can tell the difference if you've ever had a piece of clothing with sort of like stringy bits on the inside - that's the ends of the yarn).
You've also got stuff like this
TF22FL106-HILA-KLEIN-SHAPES-CREWNECK-FRONT_767x.jpg
which is appliqué, so in other words they've cut fabric out and sewn it on.

While TeddyFresh does also have screenprinted and digitally printed items, the above methods are more expensive. And while they might be using Chinese slave labour, Mr Liu of Shenzhen Beautiful Fashion Manufacture Youxian Gongsi isn't going to want to tie up his machines for a small run of ugly toddler clothing, he'll demand a big order or ugly toddler clothing or he'll charge a significant premium.

Then factor in that they're doing this every month, they're direct to consumer so they can't show samples to buyers and have confirmed wholesale volumes prior to manufacture, they're not selling all the stuff they've made straight out the door (if they do manage to sell all of a particular run; I think they usually do, but they don't get that money straight away and they tend to put the last few on reduction - possibly below cost value in some cases) and then they're recouping costs for licensing fees or even doing profit shares - even if they were profitable they likely wouldn't have that much money in the bank at any given moment because they're QCing the samples for the September drops while paying the proforma for the August drops and the further production invoices for the July drops while having photoshoots for the June drops while still doing product development for the November - January drops, all the while waiting to make money off the stuff they've just released and still doing payroll.

Ohoho that is interesting. I really do think that regardless of revenue they are a long way from making money hand over fist, this is Hila's passion project so she can larp as a fashion designer (the world's fashion houses are filled with jobbing freelance designers who briefly had their own failed brands).

A factory blank bucket hat with a custom label sewn in has a very healthy profit margin - cheap to make, you can sell it fairly cheaply, you're safe to buy in large volumes because you'll know it'll shift. The weird ugly jumpers? Not so much. They can't mark up too much as their consumer base probably won't purchase it at too high a price point, the cost of manufacture is still high and then they've got to cover all their fixed costs. I wouldn't be shocked if they were dipping below the 4% profit margin which is really what you want as a minimum for clothing retail (well it sounds like they are if they're in the red again, solvency aside).

Cotton is cheap but it's another case of Hila not being production minded - using pure cotton just eats into that profit margin. A lot of fashion brands will use polyester blends and still sit comfortably at a higher price point.

Even comparing like-for-like, this Charles Tyrwhitt shirt
FON0219WHT_MODEL_FULL.jpg
is £60 ($75) and pure cotton while this pure cotton TeddyFresh shirt

TF22W02-EMBROIDERED-PINSTRIPE-SHIRT-WHITE-FRONT_767x.jpg
is $105. They're both made overseas but the Charles Tyrwhitt shirt will have better construction and finishing.

Charles Tyrwhitt however produces in significantly higher quantities and can bulk purchase good fabric and has consistent production, so their cost of manufacture is lower. Hila meanwhile is getting random embroidery on hers (so an additional cost) and is doing limited runs.

I guarantee per-shirt Charles Tyrwhitt is making more money than Hila Klein despite selling a vastly superior product for $30 less. I mean I know it's not exactly the same - Charles Tyrwhitt is making a high quality formal shirt while Hila is attempting to make trendy streetwear (so you do pay for design) but that's sort of the point - a smaller consumer base means higher prices because you can't sell as much or sell it as reliably. And Hila's whole shtick is she wanted shit like Supreme but higher material quality and a lower price point, but may be finding out why that's hard to do.
