What he said was that his lawyer already told him that it's against the law to talk about the virtual hearings on Youtube and that he has an appointment with his lawyer on "Monday or Tuesday" to legally go after the people who did.
But we know it's not illegal, if the lawyer already knew about it and it was illegal, he doesn't need an appointment. So, of course, it's BS. His next court date is on May 3rd and he has to appear and will appear virutally, he just doesn't want people to watch, and if they do, he is trying to scare them into silence. Something will be happening at that hearing or at least he thinks there might be and he hopes with his stupid game and threat of a lawyer that he can shut people up.

In addition to people involved in a specific case, members of the public are welcome to attend proceedings in the Superior Court of Justice. Except in rare cases where the law requires otherwise, all court proceedings are open to members of the public.
There is ability to request "Publication Ban". This ban would not restrict FFG or anyone else from attending, and is determined by the judge on a case by case basis. The bans can range from an outright ban by media (one could argue reactors on youtube are media reporting on their subject) to a delay in publication. Nader's attorney could make the case that a publication ban should be granted as the "media" will make a mockery of the courts and will use the information to shame and humiliate the victims. I doubt the judge would go for it but thats the only case I can see it.
Now, the second part would be he would have to then make the argument that FFG is a "media publication". All she has to do is attend, and then tell someone all about it, and have them "publish the details".

There's so many people that have spoken about it though and I can't see them going after every single one. But there's also the idiots that showed pictures from the livestreamed court hearing, like Troll Detective and BBQ Chicken. Those I could see there being a case for since they actually published those images online. Either way, I don't think he's gonna do jack shit.
Time to sell something else for food and drugs. I do wonder though how they're getting by, if they're taking from the mom or borrowing from her brother because it's pretty obvious they're scraping by. I know DeeDee has bragged in the past about her brother having a lot of money because he saves and is a homebody shut in. It was when the SBL videos were leaked and she was having that conversation about borrowing money from her brother to get Nads a lawyer. She also went on to try and find her brother a girlfriend from the Nads chat groupies, which is gross and fucked up. I don't think her family has a clue what's happening with her.

If someone has committed a crime against the crown, then it isn’t Nader, or his lawyer, that can go after them. They can only report the crime.
It has been widely speculated that the lawyer and prosecution have been working on a plea bargain until now. If the judge accepts it then the case will be over. If not then a trial has to start. The ONLY verdict Nader wants the public at large to hear about is an innocent verdict. If he cops to a plea, then he’s admitting he’s guilty of some charge, and that news will hit the internet the moment it goes down.

It's Deborah's Birthday! To celebrate the last hour of it, the couple held a live stream titled something along the lines of 'Music and Cake for Deedee's Last Birthday hour' (I'm paraphrasing because was dumb and didn't snap it while the video wasn't private).
Managed to snag some ultra fascinating screengrabs though. Of course, it's all about the moist confection, hand crafted by our own master baker.
Nader made her a cake...
Around an hour or so in, they consumed, said cake while listening to most likely copyrighted music. He even fed her like a baby bird.
Overall, it seemed like she enjoyed her cake. The vibe was very jovial.
Can't forget the turd milk with cherries at the bottom.

Yes and no. There is a second case but nobody knows what's going on with that. It's just known that it happened in Toronto when he was there with Chantal and was "her boyfriend" for a couple of days. And there was a court date that nobody could find in Gatineau, and then it turned out that one was in Toronto. And it was discussed here, either in this thread or maybe in Chantal's, I don't remember if it happened before he had his own thread or after.
