I legit thought I wouldn’t live to 30 at one time, got over it. I assume she’s freaking out. Aging is weird for some people until they realize it doesn’t matter. Stunted mental abilities. She’s just so stagnant currently.
I hope she gets her shit together but it’s so unlikely.

you'd know if they were press-ons because Luna has shown us time and time again that she can't put them on properly. whenever she uses them she smashes them so hard into her cuticles that they seem to go under the skin and the entire tips of her fingers become all red and raw and horribly inflamed. I'd find an example for you but to be honest, it's so gross I don't really want to

Morbidly speaking, with her level of addiction, lack of education and the gross people who enable her behavior, she's a long way from bringing her brain back on track.

So there are three possible endings:

1. Luna fullfils her grunge aesthetic and overdoses on fenatyl laced heroin.

2. She recovers from her addiction, takes some courses and finds a stable job. Living out the rest of her life with newfound wisdom and possibly helping others who struggle with heroin use.

3. Same as number 2. but instead of helping others she realizes she has her own money, spends it on heroin again, loses her job and proceeds to e-beg until she dies.

She’s never gonna do anything for herself. She’s too lazy and she’s gone 27 years without having a job and without having major consequences. Having to live in a B&B wasn’t even able to wake her up that she needs to change her lifestyle.

Reminds me of an angry 15 year old with the inability to draw noses.

Maybe call it unrealized potential art. I see lots of adults who produce art that would be seen as having real potential if a 16 year old drew it, but producing it at 22 or 35 it’s just stunted and juvenile. The work of someone who mentally and technically frozen as a teenager.

The bar gets raised a lot higher for “art” when you are an adult.
