Given the rarity of the name, the fact that they're both troons from Scotland, and both attended Brianna Ghey's vigil, I find it highly unlikely that it's all just a coincidence.

It was only yesterday that a few people tweeted "this you?" at him, with a link/screenshot for those Scottish Sun articles, and now he's deleted his account.

I don't believe he was a game developer, nor worked in Azure development. When he said that he had an email from an Xbox dev, confirming that it was Nintendo who forced MS to block emulators on Xbox, when he posted a screenshot of the "email", it was a post in an Xbox Discord that anyone can join.

We looked into the stats from one year sometime last year. Most victims are from Brazil and drug/prostitution murders. Even the few in the US has mostly been related to other crimes happening, including a car jacking or something similar.

There were a couple listed that didn’t have any reasons, iirc. You could mke a case for them being hate crimes, but if so it's a tiny minority of an already tiny minority of murders. Trans people are the least likely subgroup to be murdered, woman and men (in that order) have more murders per capita.
