Depending on the severity and present status of the condition i.e. whether it's in relapse or remission, it most certainly can be used as mitigation without the prospect of a section order (or not much longer than a sectioning ASSESSMENT which only lasts a month). Not that the courts will listen to you, of course.

This probably means the live page is not blocked wherever you are. Its at least blocked for UK searches though. I did not know this, and thought it would be a global block.
