I don’t know why everybody is trying to make the contract not sound completely straight forward. Of-course they are paying them back. The contract clearly says google revenue is theirs including subscription services facilitated by google which is what memberships is. To argue otherwise is just to argue in bad faith.

Yeah I'm not really sure how you can read that language and not conclude that the memberships are included as part of that revenue category, unless there was some weirdness with definitions that didn't make the screenshots. It looks like both sides ended up agreeing on that because if Ethan's telling the truth they folded pretty quickly.

A true shame. I wouldn't be surprised if, like others have said, the Kleins read the contract like the retards they are, and simply failed to understand the terms correctly. Then, they threw a hissyfit when their misbegotten shekels didn't hoard in a neat a pile as they'd wished, and against all decency decided to threaten Shahrzad Rafati out of her legitimately accrued revenue.
