It's got 15 grams of protein and only 3 net carbs. Jeez! Like do you guys even lift?

But yeah it's no different than a Yoo-Hoo with extra protein when you get down to it. You want a real workout shake? Get a big tub of whey powder, mix two scoops in with some BCAAs, add some creatine, carnetine and hell throw in some forskolin as well. Throw that in a blender with some frozen berries, plain yogurt and maybe a banana.

For those who get mad at me for wearing a face mask still, even though COVID is technically over, go do yourself a favor and watch the 1980 film, “The Elephant Man” and then get back to me. Believe it or not, the public, although they claim to be so progressive, kind and accepting, is not accepting of people with facial disabilities. I mean, there’s a hate site that stalks me because I’m disabled. And you better believe im marketing the hell out of my disability. If we are making other people famous for simply being who they are, then a guy with a facial disability deserves that same level of fame. LOL Russhole doesn't understand that all those people who said "Oh, you are so talented!" whenever he played the piano as he was growing up were just being nice to a retard. They didn't actually mean it, they just didn't want to hurt the feelings of someone they assumed was mentally challenged, because it's socially unacceptable to be mean to mental feebs. He really believed they were being honest with him, and his narcissism has blown that way out of proportions. Many such cases.

Pretty hard, apparently. Everything available is in the thread somewhere, and that document isn't here.

Russell plainly cut off half of the "invasive and troubling" sentence to change its meaning, because he wants to keep pretending that Taylor Swift knows who he even is.
