On one hand, there is ZERO chance Patrick is hijacking Telegram accounts so that implies that it's a false flag where someone has pretended to be Tomlinson swatting himself. On the other hand, the fact that he's "guessing" that Tomlinson is did it means that he doesn't really know who Patrick is and wouldn't bother picking him in particular to lie about. Anyone who knew Patrick and wanted to set him up for this would know not to accuse him of stealing the telegram account. Interesting.
