Also worth to note that his "REACKACKACK" (DSP vs the Internet) made him over 200$ (one big whale tip with over 174 $) This piece of shit is never satisfied. Also after checking his last Elden Ring vid we probably can say why he is playing it again: one whale ordered it and DSP the entrepeneur delivers

A few things stood out to me when Phil received his massive tip today and went on a rant about the unauthorized channel strikes.
He claims he isn’t taking down channels or doesn’t condone it (except for the ones he did take down). He says he has no idea who is doing it.
However, Phil talks about how this may be beneficial to him because people will be allowed to see him in a fair light now, viewing his content for what it is.

It’s curious timing, given that the takedowns saw a massive spike around the interview, which Phil was hoping would attract a new audience, but obviously did not work. He now seems to feel the current takedowns will do that for him instead. Awfully convenient that he is finally explaining that he stands to gain.

But I also point this out because of another lie that Phil tells for no apparent reason that may be directly connected to this. I mentioned before, but I can almost guarantee that any time Phil gets an anonymous tip and repeatedly says he has no idea who it is, such as todays $175, that he is fully aware of who it came from, but goes out of his way to state that he has no idea.

Now we partially know this because he can see details like emails that he recognizes. But as a history lesson, Phil went through the Chargeback Saga where trolls would tip and then charge him back. One particular individual would charge large amounts to stolen credit cards so that the banks would always pull the money back. Phil then started to engage in tipquisitions, verifying information as tips came in, having his whales use secret code words in messages so that he knew it was them, and sometimes outright refusing to take tips from unknown, anonymous tippers. The individual in question was allegedly SuperHound, who is speculated to also be behind unauthorized channel takedowns.

For some reason, Phil is either now accepting tips from unverified sources who he doesn’t recognize, meaning that he is, for some reason, completely confident SuperHound won’t troll him with false tips again, or he is repeatedly lying about not recognizing the tip source despite it not mattering that he does, other than it would imply that he’s communicating or making arrangements with whales. Either option is not good. If he’s negotiated with SuperHound, then the channel takedowns are extremely suspicious. If he is lying about the tips being anonymous, then he’s trying to deceive his audience and us for dubious reasons.

Finally, Phil pointed out today that people will spin conspiracies out of him addressing the takedowns and admitting that he sees an advantage. The answer is that we will, because Phil has demonstrated numerous times that he will address something in order to blatantly lie or misdirect. He admitted this during the Sidescrollers interview that we seem to believe he shouldn’t get away with ‘little white lies’. This seems to fall under the category of a ‘little white lie’. Phil is just lying that he doesn’t know who is doing this, for example. That’s a 'little' lie, because Phil would say that even if he did admit he knows who it is, he couldn’t have stopped them anyway so he might as well lie. The end result is that so many of Phil's explanations are warped and reek of inconsistencies and dishonesty.

A good example was earlier in today’s stream when Phil presented a revised edition of the “$4k Gift from Mom” story. Phil’s original telling had Linda “Lil’Chimney’” Burnell offer to pay for a honeymoon, and then when he told her about his tax issues, offer to pay for the taxes, but on the condition that Phil lay out his 10 year plan to leave streaming. Today’s version had Linda getting angry at Phil for not going on a honeymoon and telling her he needed tax money, Phil admitting this was pre-bankruptcy so he ‘hadn’t been paying his taxes’, and also completely removed the 10 year plan from the equation.

Why do I bring this up? Phil’s changes are important because they’re significant lies (or were significant lies if the current version is the accurate one). This suggests his mother was not benevolently helping him out of a tax jam instead of a honeymoon, but rather that Linda saw he had done something stupid and pushed back on redirecting the money. Phil admitting he wasn’t paying his taxes confirms that his fundraiser before the wedding was a complete scam as it was supposed to be for his taxes, which, by the way, he had no excuse to not pay to begin with. And finally, this is part of Phil’s ongoing attempt to retcon the 10 year plan because he doesn’t want to address the job issues, since it confirms that he plans to milk his audience indefinitely, and points to the fact that he makes more than the average American and yet begs. It also suggests that Phil actually scammed his mother – the 10 year plan discussion only happened to appease Linda who was angry the money was going to taxes. Phil might chalk these up to ‘little white lies’, but they’re actually indicative of a series of attempts to smokescreen a scam. And the lies show as Phil ‘addresses’ the stories and makes changes to suit his current needs, or forgets what lies he needed when he first told it.

Based on this story, that is exactly what he is doing with his anonymous tips and his unauthorized strikes. Nothing he said should ever be trusted, because he has demonstrated he’s untrustworthy. Phil attempts to use the counter-argument that he’s been honest about difficult things so we should always trust him, but things heavily skew towards taking him as a liar in all situations. This prime detractor content because you don’t need outside information – just watching Phil and having a memory raises all kinds of uncomfortable questions.

Also, about refusing to have travel plans for the future… for fuck sake. Having dreams and aspirations is what gives you a motivation to improve and grow in life. It says a lot that he sees any and all aspirations as just setting yourself up for failure. Which is why he ran the same scam on his mom that he ran on his viewers the month before, and is running on his viewers right now. There’s no goal, there’s no growth… there’s no hope.

Yeah Tevin has a tendency to freak out at chat lately (Last couple years). Just not fun to watch anymore.

Tevin seems like a very bi-polar person. He gets very giddy and energetic, and then someone in chat (usually without a subscription badge) will ask him a question, or make some kind of comment that he takes as some kind of slight against him, and he becomes really fucking nasty and negative. It gets so bad that it seems like he needs psychological help. The smallest things turn him on his head. It also doesn’t look good that he criticizes Phil for being so negative, when he can actually get nastier than Phil, in all honesty.

Tevin hasn't been the same since the false accusations at his LSU job back in 2018 (if it was before your time as a tractor, some woman accused him of putting bleach or some toxic cleaning agent into her drink). The day it happened, he did an evening stream to talk about it (privated, and I suspect it will always be), and was fairly calm as he fully detailed the day's bullshit.

I can't even speculate on what happened in the next 24 hours, but the next night he came on a changed man. He spoke as if he'd been betrayed by someone. "You can't trust anybody online, don't call yourself my friends, you're not my fucking friends." Ranted to that effect for several hours. And since then he's really seemed more detached and at times contemptuous of his audience, though never a meltdown like that first one. He definitely wasn't like that in Freedom Chat days. I miss early Tevin.

He's trying to obfuscate how much he sees in the info of the PayPal tipps, because lots of his fans became unruly when "rumors" where floating around that you'd dox yourself by tipping directly through PP (true). Therefore now he announces every tip that doesn't contain a (user) name in the tip message as "anonymous". They aren't really, he's just appeasing the dents.

Now the third lock of confirmation is based on a question on what Phil said on that stream and the statement that follows can go two ways

If he said it was true then ok, he actually said something pretty stupid but hates the acknowledgment and call out, he thinks it's just retarded that he is criticised by anyone let alone the Detractors

But the other option is his instant memoryholing in what he said happened, now remember the dono that asked about his shower and after the fact I think he got a 1k Tip...

3+ years I've been a Detractor and I admit I haven't even consumed a single piece of Phil's stream well into the early days of YouTube even when he was with machinima and yet I've fully gone into not a rabbit hole but a Grand Canyon of Philbert lore and he is just a mine of Fool's Gold

He is stupid still but he seems to think lying is a greater skill that actually delivering on content to make him more popular on a evolving platform

These takedowns I'm sure are directed by him but he wants the smokescreen of SuperHound to take the heat and still try to persuade us he doesn't warrant them at all...

Phil's greatest weakness and I don't say this cliché wise but it is: Evidence

I'll end it with this, the way it will pan out is either a lawsuit or he dies not revealing anything at all, and I think a lawsuit of attrition and endurance will test him severely

Oh my god last night Yakuza.
So this moment in llast night's stream really stood out as a picture of who Dave really IS.
This is going to be marriage spergery,

The moments we spend with our partner is what we remember on our death bed. The glances, the shit talking back and forth, the feel of one another's in each other's arms it's all the one expierience. Dave was so uncomfortable during the date scene and during this which makes me think he barely TALKS to his wife, barely just even sits in silence, barely lays there just enjoying each other's company.
It is very visible in the beginning that he does not care about the final scene and understanding why the characters do what they do. If one is unable to connect with pixels on the screen, hell with fiction period, how can they connect to real life ideas of love, compassion and respect. Dave is just sprinting to the end. It's funny because this whole game was stretched out like a rubber band which makes me think the whale got bored of whaling for this.
Instead he talks about plums and cackles like a moron. What makes this funny too is that the girl he is supposed to be taking this final journey with is almost left behind. (Makes me think he left Khet behind in many many many ways).
Dave starts this scene out nicely, but spoils it. Instead of adjusting to the mood, again he starts cackling madly. Glimpse at his chat, even THEY know how to behave.
What's special about this relationship, from what I gathered through restreeams is that it blossoms slowly, There is even a cute scene where the main character wishes Oryo would cook for him again. I clipped that a few pages back.
Dave does not understand the special bond of partners cooking for each other either. It's all utilitatrian for him.
Music plays and it's a slow piana solo. A beautiful moment. Dave makes a very...... autistic like conclusion.
Let me explain. Often people with autism have to use other and contextual clues in the text to figure out feelings and deeper motifs in the story. So Dave's brain is recalling details about Oryo being "nice" and this is where it stops. Dave makes no connections to the story because I feel like he cannot. I think he thinks this would be "cheating".

Even then Dave has ZERO romantic bones in his body. A warning to Dave, you are lucky Khet is how she is. A normal woman get's really tired of taking care of a man child, unless they have a complex. (Makes me think if this is why she got with Dave, but it seems like she cannot even care for him that way or just gave up.)

Pop pointed out about how Dave's eyes twitch and dart during this scene too. This might be self stimming. Dave HAS to do something.

Then the tism. Instead of leaning into chat behaving appropriately- it's easy tell them to spam hearts. He points this out and cackles. Is the teacher angry? Should they stop doing this? Not only is HE not going to be attached to the story it seems like his chat cannot either.

Dave finds himself AGAIN to be unable to connect with the two humans on the screen. What is also telling that Oryo is having this explosion of desperation to the main character. She is begging the man to come back to her. So their life might be normal. Dave laughs and chooses the utilitarian response of- muh katana.

He is implying Oryo is scamming the main character for his money and attention (Insert past interactions DSP had with people here I guess)? It's really weird how he shits on this entire relationship because he has to get the game off the conveyer belt (nothing he could do) while old DSP coming back where he has to fill the moment he perceives as dead air.

Now here's the thing, I distinctly remember a moment at the beginning of the game where Ryoma (played by basically Kiryu, so they are obviously the same guy, right? /sneed) starts talking with some girl (perhaps even Oryo, DSP plays games very slowly), where a different woman has to explain to Ryoma what the girl is doing because Ryoma is such a dunce in regards to women and DSP even points out how Kiryu never really has been in a romantic relationship (I don't know how true that actually is, dump some Yakuza lore on me, it's also a technically a different character, but not going to go to deep into this when it doesn't really matter. Perhaps the developers actually put in a slight effort to separate the characters in this spin off game).
So now, at the end of the game, after Ryoma actually got his first gf™, who begs him to stay here after he finishes up the big thing, he just goes "lol, hearts". Maybe the woman from the start should have come back and explained to him how what he just saw was meaningful khantent.

The one thing I absolutely hate with these Yakuza games is that he can't just shut the fuck up and let a scene play. He always has to goat laugh or make some absolutely retarded comment that completely kills the mood. Obviously he's a fucking moron when it comes to commentary, but constant goat laughs and shit make me think that he is always worried about being laughed at for dead air. It's the same theory I have for why he gets so toxic when asked about snorting. To DSP, people asking why he snorts is a detractor meme so even if the dentest of all dents asks him to stop he will get toxic and ban them because they must be a troll.

Is there a fucking reason he goes to, "She's underage droob!"? I swear Phil makes these underage jokes when it comes to women semi-regularly. This fucking autist cannot just refuse to bitch and moan about digital women.

Remember how Phil said that he never learned how to swim, and how chat reamed his ass over him saying that he could just "figure it out"? Apparently, he's an expert now.

I really wish the dents would call him out on this, but I'm sure Phil would preload an excuse like all the money being gone within a few hours for bills thinking that makes him look any better.
