I had to enlarge the picture to see if that was a black ring around her neck, or if she was wearing a chocker. Also, noticed she is getting another chin too. It is crazy how fast she can gain weight, 54 pounds in a few months. Most woman don't gain that much during pregnancy.

Sorry, mobile problems so to finish, the month would pass with some weight loss, her body and mind starting to settle and a bit of confidence gained. If she keeps her planning/work periods to a month or shorter as needed it’s doable.

Makeup probably since she doesn't wash her damn face and there are some eyebrows still drawn in. Usually she just super filters it but I guess she wanted the extra victim look that day so she didn't smudge it as much. Agreed. The problem/reason for her lack of any success is that she prioritizes the easy and fun stuff first to the detriment of the important and necessary activities. And she doesn’t need any treats or variety in her meal plan. That will come later. Right now her job is to make a food plan and stick to it. Every minute of every day. Robotic, deliberate, no excuses.

I know it's normal as we get older but I've had entirely too much death in my life in the last 3 months so would gladly love to see her walking to a tree and practice walking.
Yes once you get to a certain extent it's practice all over again. Legit that entire babysteps with gait so the person doesn't fucking faceplant..
ETA- they make the cutest compression socks that would fit her giant legs now. Like super cute. I was able to stretch it as wide as my door. They're made for folks like Anna and Amber
ETA #2- I'm also throwing Kidney Disease 3B into the ring. Goes hand in hand with Diabetes and High Blood pressure. She looks so very ill.

She has zero vitamins in her food to help rebuild any sort or collagen. IF she does ever lose weight her skin is going to be hanging off of her face. It won't be any sort of "pretty" any more.
