The Caroline Farrow, Adrian Harrop, and Anthony George Halliday / Stephanie Hayden Megathread

Do you think they chose the name Remus to reflect the fact that their output would be one long Reeeeeee?!

Rubin Reeeeeeeeeeeemus!!!
I do hope you are writing this under the supposition that the account is somehow more than one person (I am not convinced of this). I would hate for you to use they incorrectly, ie in the third person singular.

Edit @Caroline Farrow if someone and just one person, he or it. Let's fight against they as third person singular.

He didn't have the time to become a deadbeat dad, he and Tonks died soon after their son was born.
That's sorta incorrect
Lupin already had plans on abandoning his kid shortly after he impregnated Tonks

That said, yes, Lupin and Tonks did die a month after the kid was born. Plenty of time for Lupin to be a deadbeat (though we are unsure if he changed his mind)

Love how my thread has morphed into wholesome autistic debate about Harry Potter.
Unironically Harry Potter has some life lessons if you are willing to look for them.

Book 1, 2 (partly), 5 (partly), 6 (partly): If things are too good to be true, they probably are

Book 2, 5, 7 (partly): Government is incompatent and loves taking away your rights and putting you in prison

Not sure about Book 3, maybe the fact that prisons need to be more secure?

Book 4: Life is gonna fuck you the best it can, so either try and succeed, or be an abject failure like Harry was for 2 and 3rd task and rely on luck. Also, cheat because everyone else is cheating too.

Book 6: Rape is bad, and children born from rape are probably not gonna be well adjusted

Book 7: You can win against all odds, you only need luck and sheer power of autism.

Minor enemy of the Farms and all around miscreant RUBIN REMUS up to his old tricks, per usual, this time begging that twitter ban Caroline Farrow as well as a particular account divulged to belong to a member here, as if being a member here is grounds for suspension according to twitter's still ridiculous rules

I doubt it will work but even so. He should be made to swallow a bottomless, unending shit shake, made of real, actual liquified shit--until he dies.

But considering how he's still triggered over stolen memes, it's not really surprising that he's still acting like an retarded invalid.

He offered Harry to join them on the horctux hunt early in the book because having a family was too much for him but Harry told him to stop being a faggot and go back to his wife and child. Lupin apparently listened to him and did as he was told.

How about: feds are incompetent fags and put innocent people in prison while individuals such as Lucius Malfoy walk free because they have the right connections??

My work here is done. 😊
Not so fast, Ms. Farrow, we want to hear your hot takes. If you take part in the conversation it's no longer off-topic.

I was just coming on to say, that Reeeee-much was suspended for targeted harassment.

Boom.

When this happens Twitter keeps hold of the data.

Should being a former death-eater be a criminal offence? If he didn’t actually murder people or there was no proof of crimes, difficult to know what to do. Should thinking the wrong thoughts be illegal?

Maybe the ministry should have placed restrictions on his ability to conduct magic or maybe there should have been a Nuremberg.

Lucius Malfoy is cursed, pallid, corrupt and cowardly and I would not commit the marital act or have conjugal relations with him.

There is a speculation thread about it:

I believe he was released because he claimed that he was under Imperius curse which leads me to believe that there was evidence against him but - in Muggle terms - he claimed temporary insanity.

Maybe the ministry should have placed restrictions on his ability to conduct magic or maybe there should have been a Nuremberg.
I believe there was something akin to Nuremberg and that's where Belatrix was sentenced. In Goblet of Fire Voldemort mocks those of his followers who lied about their alignment and motives to avoid prison.
But even if his defense was convincing I believe the ministry should be very cautious about him, his political donations and putting him in positions of power, especially when he openly expresses his views very close to those of Death Eaters.
