It was definitely at least 14K live chatters on day 1, so I doubt that. You also don't count these things by video stream connections because video streams are not really "streams", they're broken up chunks your browser/video player plays in a sequence. The view count is counted by chat connections instead.

Wouldn't each stream (including the stairs and the garage) have to have 5-6k viewers anyway though?

They were looking at users logged in. You need an account to watch the streams.

During the sketch planning in bedroom 4 yesterday someone TTS'd a reference to one of the points, I think it was number 11. Simmons jumped and almost ran out of the room in panic when he heard it lol.

While there probably was some fuckery in that regard, it's still pretty early in the day, and running on a different platform and website at the moment. I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of viewers just don't know it back up in some capacity right now.

Well "technically" you don't but yeah I get your point. Regardless, logged in = connected to chat (doesn't mean season pass, just receiving chat messages).
