He has an article somewhere on what to do if you get accused of defamation. Nick would have done well to have read said article. He did pretty much the exact opposite to everything that White recommends.

I think the near-constant simping Nick does for her, along with the phrasing that it was her idea to swing in the first place per Faran's DM's puts that question to rest pretty quickly. Kayla wears the pants and has always worn the pants.

To put it bluntly, they are both weaklings in terms of character. A strong person exercises restraint and isn't so easily controlled by spite or vice (which contribute to pettiness and weakness of character). This is also likely why Nick seems to address his problems through vices like sexual degeneracy, substance use, or material excess.

- Marriage problems? Go on "sexual adventures" with your spouse at Hedonism II and gay bars in addition to online exhibitionism.
- Career tanking? Get inebriated to the point you can't remember your birthday stream where you complain about the incel prudes.
- People speculating you are having a midlife crises? Buy a fast vehicle (or two if they're really getting to you).
- Stress from an avoidable lawsuit getting you down? Start a GSG to raise money that you allegedly don't even need.

There's an early stream where Nick explains that she's very shy around the camera and actually hates being online, all the streams I've ever seen her on she's very animated and excited to be on but granted it's been awhile. I get the impression he's been trying to hide her from the internet and vice versa this entire time.

Nothing about Kayla's conduct indicates shyness. Enthusiastically oversharing has been her defining characteristic. Also, note that Kayla was the one who claimed she would post pictures of herself in lingerie on locals if Nick would let her (mere weeks before she eventually did).

It is a possibility that Nick was the only thing holding her back from being so public about... the way she is. At one time he may have known it was bad optics. Now, not so much.

Some people are motivated by conflicting/missing information to try and settle matters. This is why I took an interest in Kayla and Drexel and showed my sources in the larger posts concerning them. Drexel wasn't that interesting to me so much as the confusion around him, though the fact he is a disgusting moron makes him understandably hard for some to watch. Still, he unfortunately remains relevant as he is quite involved in Nick's personal/professional life (both of which are currently in question).

Kayla still interests me somewhat. Kayla does a lot of talking, though not a lot seems to be retained that doesn't also invite wild speculation. I also wonder if even Kayla listens to herself when she talks. If she did, then Kayla might understand why she doesn't get much respect and posing in lingerie for Nick's fans (among other things) doesn't help matters.

Detractors seem to view Kayla as little more than a weak point for Nick rather than as her own person. That said, she is not what I would call a strong person though, and it seems like Nick has failed her in a few ways as well. Divorce is not out of the question (if Nick doesn't wind up a stain on the asphalt first).

Been reviewing a few old streams that include her in my spare time. I may be posting more on her at a later date.

She doesn't seem to respect him and his a weak man. Not a recipe for a successful relationship.
