anyways, afaik the full body of clitoris is usually around ~10cm; I suppose if you're on T, it could grow even more.

so why don't the butchers just scoop out the whole clit, hook up the nerves and veins and roll it into the neopenis? the legs of the clit and the bulbs are composed of cavernous tissue (correct me if I'm wrong about bulbs), so that could partially solve the problem of flaccidity and make it somewhat rigid while aroused. right?

Esthetically, (keeping in mind that I've been influenced by this thread) it looks "good". There's no dehiscence, no necrosis, no gaping void.. if I ignore whatever the fuck is going on below it, it's a decent outcome.
But the placement. THE PLACEMENT It's literally in the front! Sometimes the splayed legs can muddle the perspective, but his legs don't need to be spread. His thighs could be touching and you could still see it. It's literally on the FRONT and I find that so incredible and hilarious.

Even if the blueprints weren't aesthetics only and designed for a male structure- the procedure was also started decades before the full clitoris was mapped; was was ridiculously recently.

It’s not plug and play, in short. The structures within the pelvis are not discrete and separate - they’re in some cases almost fused (probably the wrong word) or kind of growing into each other. The vagina and the urethra for example - part of the urethra is kind of embedded in the outer layers of the anterior wall of the vagina.
If you opened up a body, it wouldn’t be immediately obvious that the internal parts of the clitoris even existed - they’re not easy to see and they’re closely growing next to, partially in bits of other structures. The internal clitoris structure was only defined properly very recently.
Things like hearts and kidneys, solid organs, are much more ‘separate.’ But things like the gut for example are all wound up in mesentary structures and it’s very hard to dissect out.
I don’t think it would by physically possible to dissect the clitoris out of the pelvis like that and leave it intact enoigh to shove jnto a rot dog - you’d also need to sever the nerves and that’s a very very delicate job to reconnect small nerves and blood vessels. The microsurgery guys who do it are wizards.
Troons think that organs are like Lego - the phrase meat Lego gets thrown around here a lot but a body isnt like that at all in the inside. Only the thoracic solid organs are things you can remove directly (and even then it’s not trivial, there are multiple veins and nerves

That definitely is a thought I did not have while creating this piece. I had not considered stealth trans peeps. So thank you for making me think. glad it’s on a phallo community. When digitally painting this piece I wanted media that represented me. (Queer, fat, medically transitioning, femme, non-binary) I pretty much never see people who identify in a similar way. I have RFF phalloplasty scheduled in June 2023 and wanted to create a piece that reflects my gender expression. Something to strive for? Idk I hope that made sense

It's an illustration of a curvaceous female, whatever other disturbing additions or subtractions may be included. With long hair, eye makeup, all that jazz. Even without boobs its somehow hourglass shape.

So the point isn't to pass as a man. The point isn't to have a penis that works. The point is just to be an ethereal manic pixie dream girl with long flowing locks, but to break the natural body as much as possible and become a medical case, a chronic pain sufferer, and a freak.

People who just jump off a bridge are kinder to themselves than this. And I don't say that as an endorsement of suicide- quite the opposite.
