Ethan Ralph's April 24th Contempt Hearing

I find it odd if Vickers expects anything from his hearing. I don't think he has, it seems he's hyped up Faith's more. I feel like it's because ostensibly he's violated the terms on his own end. Does this mean nothing will happen? I don't know, that would require Ralph to actually present evidence such as Vickers mocking him for being a fat retard and explaining his legal strategy on Twitter.

If that's the case could the judge just say "you've mutually violated the DVRO because you're both retards so it's dismissed and nullified. Get out."

I have to imagine that he has poisoned the well of his DVRO so much that the judge can't stand either of them at this point. The way they both act like a Judge can't read between the lines should put then both in jail.

The problem for Ralph is that he hasn't filed contempt charges against Vickers yet. From my understanding, both hearings were brought because the Vickers filed for them. So my guess is the judge can only deal with the charges in front if him, which is Ralph violations, but will look at the case as a whole and go light on Ralph. Although he probably won't look lightly on Ralph's continuous violations, flaunting any instructions he has been given.

If after this hearing he continues to be a pilled out retard, he will go to jail if Faith brings charges again.

Ralph has at least tried to bring attention to Vickers stealth fuckery, the issue is he's too much of a pilled out retard to do it properly or get them taken seriously, so he just got told to shut the fuck up when he did.

The chances of jail time are low but a big fine or additional restrictions aren't. But if anyone was really going to get it, wouldn't someone it be someone tied to America First and Anglin, etc? The record is going to replete with the associations beyond the retard behavior the judge has seen over zoom/in motions. I'm going to assume that your average California family court judge probably isn't a big fan of that scene. For better or worse, politics matter in judicial proceedings.
