Sorry late, is there any way Yer Honnah can force Ralph into treatment? I’ve seen that happen in other cases where substance abuse isn’t part of the charge, but if defendant has a criminal history (ie 2 DUIs and drunk assault on LE) it can be made a condition of sentence.

That's only really an option if he's on probation or his charge is substance related, I really doubt that would be brought up
