He will have a heart attack and stumble into the hoard. Panicked, Barb will shoot her gun, and the bullet will ricochet into his head. He will crawl into the bathroom and his blood will pour into the coffee machine, starting a second fire.
At that instant, this eldritch faux-gina will explode, unleashing the Tomgirl Beast that has been growing inside him. In a last ditch attempt for survival, putting more effort into anything he's ever done before, he opens the window and yells. A fatal mistake - the shovel mech swoops down on its prey and mangles poor CWC.
"Chrissun! What shall ah do?" comes the feeble voice of his ailing mother.

Obviously his skin did not magically rip itself apart, so either he cut himself and it got infected (which wouldn't surprise me, given his propensity to lie and his delusional tendencies) or Null's right and it's an abscess. Personally I think it's the latter.
In any case I feel we're getting close to a denouement here. This may be the point where Chris' health really starts tumbling down a steady path to his demise.

To be frank, there's pretty much dickall we can do at this point. We can't ween someone who practically lives inside his own world 24/7 to suddenly come out to reality. He simply won't listen, and mostly will just block everyone who keeps telling him he's doing something wrong inside his own mind.
