Okay so apropos of seemingly nothing after a stretch of silence on the topic, he just framed the strikes as being detractor infighting.
Now we've got this.

So he got wind something was potentially coming and tried to spin a narrative to preempt it while also playing dumb that he was at risk.

Definitely. That'll go well with the planned whaling the last few days.

That said, before anyone gets spicy over it, remember that even if DSPGaming was getting completely shut down and demonetized and Phil had even wilder financial instability on the horizon, he will blow every penny of that extra support on pulls. Especially because he's feeling like a victim and will need to calm himself. If this is a false alarm, then he'll blow it because he's actually fine and that's his rainy day money to burn.
