So the strikes are for the Slim Shady instrumental. I hope it's Interscope and they actually take him to court. 🌈

Edit:
Also he DELETED the videos again. He didn't learn from the Machinima situation. Fucking idiot.

Twitch 3.0 arc is gonna be lit
I hope he says nigger again.

A very peculiar phrase he uses a lot is "I remember..." or "If I remember correctly" yet....
Anyone who has watched the first RE4 Remake streams should understand that anytime DSP says these phrases he's lying. He couldn't remember the most basic, but very iconic, stuff from the beginning of RE4.

"If I remember correctly" just means "A guide/viewer/discord told me..."

Fuck me. Those 100 likes/stream are not going to turn that ship around now. As if they ever were.

But further to that, if it's actually the prestream music at the core of this, then he once again got struck for content that was given to him for free because he's too stupid to learn how to produce his own material or fucking pay for it, despite getting burned by this multiple times.

False strikes are bullshit, just as they are for detractors, but if you keep making the same mistakes over the course of 15 years because you're a lazy parasite, you deserve to eat a bullet for it.
Engaging in proper business practices would be the first line of defense when you know you're a target, but when you refuse to do that because you don't want to pay other creators for their work... I don't know what to say.

Is it a false claim? DSP *is* using their music to enhance and promote his content after all. Maybe the original remix could try to claim some kind of transformation, by putting shitty DSP voice clips on top, but AFAIK covers and sampling are often very iffy in court and not clear cut at all.

If it is indeed SuperHound who's been doing the copyright strikes against detractor channels, than this is simply karma. It's almost like having a rabid dog who'll bite at anything that smells like a detractor ends up painting a target on your back as well. Phil may not have directly been flagging these channels (or he very well could have for all we know, you can't believe a word he says), but I'm sure he at no point took SuperHound into his Discord that doesn't exist and told him to calm the fuck down...and now we're at the natural conclusion of antagonizing a community that already hates you.

If it's indeed because of a music-related copyright strike, then Phil's just a plain idiot. He's been on YouTube for how long now and STILL doesn't understand how strict YouTube is where copyrighted music is concerned? Why would you even risk it for a video that maybe gets 2k views? Stick to your shitty fan-made pre-stream music and don't risk a strike by using licensed music. Lastly, it's funny how it's a tragedy when what's been happening to detractor channels for weeks finally affects him. Now it's a career-ending apocalypse and he did nothing wrong. Nothing a good old fashioned raising of funds stream can't fix I'm sure.

i wonder if he's gonna send youtube emails this time, or is he gonna sit there and yell at some random street shitter through their chat again.
Poojet? lmao he probably argued with their support chatbot for an hour because it kept giving him the same vague non-answers. I can imagine him angrily typing and yelling "OH MY GOD THIS GUY IS AN IDIOT!" whenever the chatbot kept sending him the same link on how to do counterclaims.

Very true. They may have a legit claim.

I am suspicious, probably as Phil is, about the timing. Especially because he seemed to have some kind of forewarning. He also indicates that he 'has been told' that it isn't Eminem's label, so the dents in his Discord seem to be working a little overtime looking into it. It could potentially be an OP. It could also be a coincidence and a legit claim just as easily.

AN is also making a good point on his stream that Phil may not have actually deleted the videos yet. If he does, he'll have to wipe the hidden streams as well, since every stream contains the song. So it's not just the videos, but the hidden original streams that could get hit. He's probably going to try to stall out on that because that'd decimate his engagement again.
We'd be having this same meltdown if the uploaded videos were getting hit and he was safely streaming on Twitch.
You'd have to be retarded not to see that he's melting down for money. But it's Keith, so of course he is.

He said he was in the chat with 45 minutes. So he still has yet to figure out how the email works.
