I think it would be reasonable to argue that he should leave the relationship with the debt he entered with, as long as she agrees to leave the relationship with the assets she entered with ie, Ralph keeps his empire of dirt and Meigh keeps nothing. After all, she already doesn't have shit, she could just leave the Killstream t-shirts behind and move on.

If it comes to it, I think Harry will try and support Meigh by funding legal representation (since Harry has seemingly attempted to be supportive thus far) and Ralph will be forced to pro se everything (like always), so its reasonable to assume she will get out relatively unscathed if she can swallow her pride.
